Perfectly located. Clean and nicely decorated . Very friendly staff. Quite noisy during weekend nights but worth the balcony option overlooking the street.

The website says that the price includes breakfast. It does not. There is a restaurant in the hotel that was never open the whole time we were there. The lady who checked us in seemed to be bothered that we had actually shown up since the room was pre paid. She did not want to offer extra towels. She said the front door closes at 10 PM and we would not be allowed back in the hotel if we arrived after 10 PM, even though the watch man said there is someone willing to open up for guests 24 hours a day.
There was plenty of hot water which was nice after a long hike in the butterfly sanctuary.

We have a very good experience, beautiful place to stay!!! It is a hotel in a very original magical town in Valle de Bravo.!!! Regresamos pronto?

The hotel is not in good conditions, the water in the room wasn’t working, the staff was not helpful at all in this matter and there was no hot water for the two night. TERRIBLE

Old rooms that aren’t in the best condition, but very spacious. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, though I echo other reviews: the sheets are very old / did not appear clean (stains, hair, etc). The shower was a nice surprise- very spacious and lots of hot water.
There was no safe place to store luggage in the room and no security for the building. We were never really sure who was working or who just lived in the building. There was one younger girl on our second day who was welcoming. Other staff members seemed disinterested.
A fine stay that was located very close to downtown. I think overpriced a bit overpriced.

À notre arrivée a 16:35 la porte était barrée et il n’y avait personne à l’intérieur
Une heure après une jeune fille est arrivé et elle n’était pas au courant de notre réservation
Elle a essayé de rejoindre la personne en charge pendant au moins 30 minutes sans résultat après avoir montré notre réservation elle nous a donné deux chambres on est partie souper 18:20 toujours pas de nouvelles de la responsable
A nôtre retour on a rencontré la personne et un de nous a due changé dans une autre chambre qui au départ n’était pas nettoyé
Je suis très déçu du service
