Great place to stay! Their location is very strategic. They are 1 block away from the nearest bus station and about 10 mins away from the central park, which is the heart of Valladolid at night. Receptionist will tell you all about the best cenotes to swim in and the best biking routes to take in town.

The location is nice and the kitchen and our room were clean. It was very noisy, and the facilities seemed outdated. The pool was dirty (and out of service some of our stay). Due to a food poisoning, we asked if we could stay one more night, which we fortunately could, and we really appreciate the flexibility the staff showed. Yet, we ended up paying a much higher rate than the other nights. If you are planning to rent bikes, I would recommend that you rent them from another place than the hotel. They were almost impossible to use as they almost were falling apart.

First I was a bit put off because the property images suggest that the dorms are shared with less people and when I booked it didn't actually say how many to a dorm (it's 8 in mixed dorms). BUT, I'm so pleased I stayed here! The property is ideally located - 3 mins from the ADO bus station, 2 mins from collectivos to Chichen Itza, very close to great restaurants and the main town (but without the noise). The shared dorms were actually very quiet and worked well. A couple extra communal bathrooms with showers helped. There's a beautiful courtyard with hammocks and a pool! There is a quiet area near the pool that some of us used for morning workouts. I also found working remotely here really easy, it's generally quiet in the day and the WIFI is really good. Highly recommend!

I really liked everything! The people, the dorm, the garden. Just a pretty place to be for a view days.
