Hotel Novotel a Valencia

La camera è grande, la posizione è buona, la colazione è particolarmente buona e di fronte c'è un parco. Tutto il personale che ho incontrato è stato molto gentile. C'era solo un membro del personale della reception che non ha preso sul serio la cosa quando mi ho chiesto se non c'erano bicchieri di carta nella stanza il secondo giorno del mio soggiorno e ho chiesto al personale del servizio in camera di mandali a me. Il bicchiere di carta è troppo sottile, si consiglia di migliorarlo.

L'hotel non è lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria, ma negli ultimi due giorni la strada è stata costruita e il percorso dell'autobus n. 8 è stato modificato, rendendo scomodo prendere l'autobus. Il check-in è stato semplice e veloce e la camera era abbastanza pulita, ma la pulizia della camera richiede attenzione. Due volte eravamo nella stanza, il personale delle pulizie è entrato subito!

Hotel in pieno centro, sono completamente soddisfatto perché hanno soddisfatto le mie richieste la camera spaziosa e soprattutto silenziosa, la ragazza della reception del turno di mattina si è dimostrata molto professionale ha avuto un gesto di attenzione per tutti sia chi aveva al banco sia per tutti gli altri che attendevano anche solo per depositare i bagagli

He leído bastantes reseñas malas, pero esta es nuestra experiencia: -Personal del hotel: 100/100 una atención magnífica! Muy agradables, resuelven cualquier cosa (nosotros fuimos sin cargador y nos cargaron el teléfono). -Desayuno: son 7€, buffet libre HAY DE TODO!! Es una maravilla. Además el desayuno empieza a las 8;00 y termina a las 11:00 pero he visto gente desayunando mas tarde y el hotel no ha puesto problemas. -Limpieza: todo estaba en perfecto estado y la limpieza impoluta. Las camas bastante cómodas. Sábanas suaves y almohadas acorde. Dispone de piscina y pista de padel. Sin duda alguna una experiencia que vamos a repetir

The hotel is pretty good if you are only there to sleep, as there really aren't any amenities worth staying there for. I found that the air conditioner in the rooms leaves a lot to desire. I tried fiddling with it and could not really get it to work like I like it. For a business traveler the WiFi is not really that great especially during the day, and where your room is might make a difference. It is slow to upload anything, and there isn't a business center. In the cafeteria area there are lots of wall plugs so that you can use your computers there after breakfast is over. The area where the hotel is, is mostly working class residential, so there isn't much to see. There aren't really any good restaurants with 10 to 15 minutes walking distance and the hotel does not have a restaurant, they do have vending Machines, and a free coffee machine available 24/7. Be aware that the most touristy areas are about 10 to 25 minutes away by cab/Uber. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty good, typical Spanish breakfast you find in most hotels of this range in Spain. The only thing I though was great is that they had a fresh orange juice machine, although the juice comes out at room temperature, those of us that come from the USA might have to add some ice. By the way, when you go to a any restaurant make sure you specify that you want cold water because if not you will get water at room temperature. Overall if you are looking for a cheap clean hotel in an AMAZING city, you might want to check this hotel out. This is great if you are the type who gets up early, eats breakfast and goes out to explore. There is no gym, bar, restaurant, pool, or lounge in this hotel. The hotel lacks a business center as well. If you are looking for any of the amenities I mentioned then look elsewhere, there are many great choices in this beautiful city, otherwise enjoy your stay and enjoy qll that this city has to offer. Posizione perfetta nel centro della città, a pochi passi dai punti caldi. I servizi non sono del tutto moderni, ma il servizio è buono.

L'hotel è molto vicino alle attrazioni e tutto è molto comodo. Dispone anche di elettronica per auto gonfiabili e parcheggio gratuito Dato che non capisco lo spagnolo, il personale dell'hotel è molto entusiasta e proattivo nell'aiutare e insegnare come usarlo! Molto commovente! 👍👍❤️

Il personale dell'hotel era bellissimo e molto ospite. Ci siamo sentiti attenti e abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno. Grazie per aver reso la nostra vacanza così bella

Molto cuore di Valencia! Camminando a distanza dalla maggior parte delle attrazioni e tonnellate di ristoranti. Il colazione era di buona qualità contenente cibo inglese e mediterraneo. Mi consiglierei per un breve soggiorno. Inoltre, la nostra camera aveva un piccolo balcone.
