Hotel pessimo, camera vecchia, non vale 5 stelle, 3 stelle standard. Ho prenotato una camera con terrazza vista mare, ho visto solo un piccolo mare. Chiama la reception e nessuno risponderà al telefono, corri lungo la hall e chiederà che il secchio di ghiaccio venga consegnato in camera per 6 euro. Alle dieci di sera, l'acqua è stata interrotta per più di un'ora. Al momento del check-out, dovresti vedere chiaramente gli addebiti Se non hai utilizzato il mini, vuoi comunque addebitare arbitrariamente.

Hotel meraviglioso, staff incredibilmente gentile, tutti dal porter al Restaurant.

Overall a very good experience. Staff are wonderful, friendly and they seem to carry out everything they do with enthusiasm and care. My only doubt is that breakfast is a little frenzied but I guess, that is the nature of buffet breakfasts.

Unique points are the looks the experience. The staff that makes you feel at home and has a strong commitment to the guests (6 stars). The food is perfect. The outside and the building itselves is at least 5 star. Minus: the inside needs in upgrade. We had a normal room and chairs, walls and desk were damaged, more than you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Nevertheless for example in the bathroom all is working and complete and available.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The service was impeccable, the location was perfect on the beach, and the facilities were amazing.

Very nice hotel with a good location at the beach but too expensive for what you get. We paid over 3.000 SEK (300 €) for one night without breakfast.

The staff was incredible, but unfortunately the property did not match. The hotel needs either to be torn down and rebuilt to a smaller more eco friendly hotel. If not, it needs to be desperately updated. The breakfast was not that great and even looked like some of the food was reheated from yesterday. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and I did it sleep well.
