We stayed here for two nights for a city break. Hotel is in an ideal location and felt very safe. Hotel is modern and the decor is all modern. From our first interaction with staff till check out was all positive. All staff go above and beyond and we found all to be so friendly. Rooms are quite small but there is enough room as we weren’t intending to staying in the room for hours. The decor in the room is modern although the sink is separate from the shower / toilet ( only thing I didn’t like was the sliding door) There were lovely chocolates, water , foot cream and lovely biscuits. There was no noise during the night ( there is a festival during this time so there are fireworks / bangers but other than that you can’t hear anything else). On our first night we received a lovely sleep pack including eye masks which were so soft and comfortable. We also received a parting gift. Hotel is extremely clean. Highly recommend staying here and so glad we picked here as it was perfect. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant.

The location is fantastic straddled between the old quarter and the shopping district there is plenty of variety to meet everyone’s demands. The staff are simply brilliant from the welcome when you check in, to recommendations on where to see, the bar staff cocktails recommendations and the strong coffee served at breakfast with a smile, to the coffee when you check out - they are the the highlight of the stay. I’d recommend the buffet for breakfast with plenty of variety to meet all tastes, dinner menu is varied, dishes well presented with fresh produce. Wine menu will meet most tastes and the cocktails were great. Rooms well appointed, modern, with comfortable beds. Chocolate left on your pillow and little gifts daily is appreciated. The spa and gym are small but well equipped. Overall a brilliant experience, I would thoroughly recommend a stay- València is a beautiful city.

Simply first class from start to finish. Reception team very efficient and friendly. Spotless hotel. Loved the technologies in the bedroom. Rooftop bar worth a visit at sunset. And the hotel bar is inviting and relaxing. Just a really experience. And very close to the sights and shops

Great hotel! Central location but so quiet and peaceful. Most comfortable bed, spacious room, great view. Very friendly staff, we felt very valued as customers! Nice breakfast. High quality at a very reasonable price…would thoroughly recommend!

Fabulous experience. From Ashley at the front desk on arrival to everyone else on the team, we couldn’t have had a nicer experience. Hotel and rooms thoughtfully designed. Relaxing spa area for residents to privately book. Delicious breakfast.
