Location is superb! It’s within 5-10min walking distance from all the major historical landmarks of the city. It’s more of a self-service hostel, very spacious room with new amenities. There is washing machine and you can iron your clothes with the iron and ironing board provided. The only thing to note is that reception only opens during 9am to 7pm, so I’m not sure how someone would check-in if they arrive very early or very late.

Un estudio con todo lo necesario, la sala común es muy linda y espaciosa, a pesar de estar en el centro, el cuarto era un lugar muy tranquilo y se podia dormir perfectamente.

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni di vacanza in questo appartamento situato proprio nel centro della città vecchia , Barrio del Carmen . Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo , l’alloggio nuovo e pulitissimo e super accessoriato . Ma la cosa più bella è la posizione . Noi abbiamo affittato delle biciclette per poterci muovere in tutta la città , ma la sera uscivamo a piedi ….. sei a pochi metri dal centro , vicino alla bellissima piazza della Vergine , alla cattedrale del sagro graal e a qualche passo in più dal bellissimo quartiere dello shopping di Rufaza. Consiglio València e anche Fetén

Appartamento curato nei dettagli, bellissimo terrazzo. Buona la pulizia. Era un piacere rientrare dopo aver visitato la città. Letti e cuscini molto comodi. Il sabato sera si sente un po' di rumore ma è lo scotto da pagare per essere in pieno centro storico. Comodo a molte attrazioni da visitare. Personale di reception gentile, consigliato.

Dopo 2 notti in altro hotel ci siamo trasferiti in questo che si trova sulla stessa strada del Palau de la Generalitat e ancor più vicino alla bellissima Chiesa di San Nicola oltre che a pochi passi anche da Plaza de La Virgen. Check in comodo e ascensore per arrivare ai piani. Come recita il titolo è un appartamento, perchè di tale si tratta molto di classe, con letto matrimoniale, altro letto angolo cottura, tavolo, accessorito anche con lavatrice, bollitore,..insomma adatto a chi vuole trascorrere anche più giorni con tutte le comodità del caso, all'arrivo una bottiglia di acqua in omaggio. Sui cuscini e anche sul vetro della doccia spicca il logo dell' hotel, arredamento moderno secondo la mia opinione un po' troppo scuro, infatti il colore degli arredi e del bagno incupivano un po' l'ambiente, bagno decisamente troppo buio anche perchè cieco. Le grandi finestre affaccianti sulla strada non bastavano a illuminare bene, oltretutto vi era un balconcino minuscolo, peccato che per arrivarci bisognasse scalare il muro interno per accedervi. Abbiamo sfruttato la possibilità di fare delle bevande calde una sera e anche la colazione una mattina acquistando in precedenza in un negozio vicino l'occorrente. E' situato vicino ad una zona abbastanza movimentata le sera con vari locali e bar, ciò ha influito negativamente sul sonno, soprattutto di mio marito nella notte tra sabato e domenica a causa del rumore proveniente da essi. Non particolarmente economico ma vista l'ubicazione e la cura dell'appartamento super accessoriato ci sta. Consigliato a chi ama stare in zona centrale ed avere la comodità- possibilità di cucinare o scaldare qualcosa magari per soggiorni prolungati e non ha il sonno leggero.

Stayed 4 nights in the superior apartement with terrace. What a gem! Basic but (almost) everything you need. It was quiet and sereen. The apartment was spacious and clean. It has al the necessary equipment. There is also a friendly reception: help with taxi, stock of luggage, extra necessities, easy contact through whatsapp or any providing information! -＞ Ask for the list of their favorite restaurants. It’s a list for every budget! Extras: Netflix and spotify! In addition to that it is located between the Central Market, the Cathedral, de Towers and the Park. Amazing. You can easily walk to those places or rent a bike (next door) to enjoy more of Valencia. Beside all the best, there are some “contras”: - don’t matter how long you will stay. The coffee, salt or water won’t be refilled. - the bathroom is quite small. There is not a lot of room for us ladies to put all of out products there. - There are NO amenities in the bathroom. Only a “all-in-one-soap”. Don’t forget to take your shampoo, conditioner and bodylotion! - check-out is early: 11PM (but you can leave your luggage safely behind until 7PM) - No slippers or bathrobe Great place. Definitely something to come back to. ☀️

A very comfortable room. We did hear some people talking to 2 AM on Friday evening so if you are a light sleeper like myself that might be an issue. They have a small kitchenette, we were able to make our own coffee and we even did some laundry. If you go to their market, you can always bring food back from the Market and heat up in the microwave. A must do if you’re there. Even buy a bottle of wine. You can wash your clothes but there is no dryer, but the clothes dry overnight on a rack that you can ask for. Very centrally located. We rented bikes from Pelican bike rental, and they were close to walk too. They had good bikes. We just followed a bunch of bike paths towards the Science Center and then over towards the marina and beaches. We biked 20 miles through Valencia.

Hi, We were all extremely happy with our stay in the penthouse apartment at Feten. Travelled here with my wife and two boys aged 11 and 13. Lucia was very helpful at all times. The apartment is right in the heart of the old city with tapas bars and restaurants literally on your doorstep. After a day exploring and enjoying the sights and restaurants we were able to return and read our books and relax in the spacious apartment. The apartment had excellent sound proofing and once the doors and windows were closed it was so quiet and easy to sleep. Hope to return again in the future. Thanks, Jerry.

The room was amazing. It's an old building converted with high ceilings. It reminded me of an 90s New York loft apartment. It's easy walking distance from the cathedral and the market. The guys on the front desk were really helpful and nice. It's on a busy street with some late night bars, so if you are a very light sleeper this might be an issue. The windows are good and it didn't really bother us. But we are from London so are used to noise. Excellent tapas bar next door

I was in the two bedroom with terrace, the property was fantastic. i was a little worried after reviews about noise and how clean it would be but it was lovely and didn't hear any noise at night. Plenty of room with a lovely terrace for just our use. The bathroom was great and bedroom. One of the best places I've stayed. The one thing that wasn't amazing was the view from terrace but it was still lovely to sit out on in the heat. Would def recommend. Super handy slap bang in the middle of everything too with some great bars and restaurants nearby.

This is an old building beautifully redeveloped into modern apartments. We had a superior double which was clean and renovated in the last 2 years so in great condition. Centrally located in Valencia so you can walk to all the attractions apart from the beach, which is a 15 minute metro ride away. The building has a small reception area staffed during the day, the rest of the time is easy keypad entry.

Our stay here was amazing. Our host was exceptional and went out of his way to help. We checked in and not only did we receive a map and our information but he had provided us with a huge list of restaurants he recommends with details of which of them were in the city/beach and his absolute favourites in bold. He really went above and beyond. Our entire apartment was incredible. The space is huge with everything you could want; dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. Everywhere was really clean with lots of towels. The television had Netflix and Disney+ to watch. I cannot recommend this place enough.
