Worst experience i ever had. Staff had no etiquette to talk, and everything needed to be told more than twice in order to get something. The toilet hose was leaking all the time, too. So, the washroom kept flooding throughout. Terrible!

Very bad experience. Lift is not funtional to thier floor. Room was pathetic. No proper ventilation, fan wasn’t properly functioning. No water kettel in the room.

Rooms are dirty, smells bad. Light is not sufficient. Bedsheets are dirty. Bad experience. Not recommendable.

Best for couples and basic amenities need to be improved like toothbrush and laundry systems. But overall good experience

Wooden complete affected by termite, no water in taps, kitchen not functional, lift faulty. Destroyed rooms. Due to termite, not able to sleep. No one listens. Nalah smell in water. Its just like sleeping on road. No amenities in room as mentioned

No lift services at 6 floor, up down very bad experience. So hote water jar is very dirty, water leke in washroom, very bad experience, no bike parking

Small delux room with pungent smell. The hotel looks very shady with no lift service for 5th floor as well. The washroom is actually the disgusting part. The toilet gate is of glass and was transparent. The city view mentioned was not at all welcoming, at the backside view of hotel where you see another hotel.

It was a great experience to stay in hotel ace grand. There was large and fantastic rooms, except some smell. It was worthy. All staff was very friendly, co-operative nd so professional. Room service is also good

We cancel-led the hotel as the lift was not working and we had 2 old persons with us please refund.
