The stay was awesome. Totally overwhelmed by the staff behaviour and hospitality. The staff is so good and humble. Rooms are a bit small but super comfortable. The reception team especially Mr Sarthak was very welcoming with a big smile. Food was also very nice. Will definitely recommend to others

The staff & hospitality is very nice , caring , respectable & very loving....they take utmost measures for full satisfaction of customers... cleanliness is up to date....overall mast experience & would like to come again...staff members Preety & yashna...weee vey caring & all were including chefs everyone were awesome 👍

Staff servers well and they take good care too also it has a good manu choice. Ambiance is also well to do !!!! Preeti took good care for the kids and separate food was prepared as a family restaurant it is good to visit must vist atleast once Thank you team rasa

I stayed in Hotel Four points for a couple of days. The hotel cleanliness, food, restaurant services , mgmt, staff, everything are very nice . Specially Mr Sartak was very nice, polite and well mannered. I really recommend you all to visit once this hotel

Ambience, hospitality,housekeeping ,and food was very good . Staff was very poliet and take care of us very well . We stayed for 5 nights . Food was very delicious paticularly gujarati items.... I thank. Staff Karishma, preety,yesha,gaurav,rani at resturant very well....

Review Sarkhat /Imran / shivani - we had a terrible flight inbound, but Sarkhat was incredibly understanding and ensured our stay was relaxing and calm. Him and his team welcomed us with a smile every morning and also ensured we were looked after. Yesha / Deepak - always welcoming us with a smile and ensuring that we are well looked after. They both ensured we try the chef specials which were absolutely tasty. Yesha took special care to make chai and coffee for us every morning just the way we liked it. Chef Pankaj - makes the best parathas, fully packed with vegetables and with lots of love. It was my go to breakfast every morning and made my day! Rani/ Gauhar/ karishma - very sweet and kind young ladies who took care of us during our stay. Again always smiling and asking if we needed anything. Special mention to Hitesh Bhai, Sarkhat and Yesha who have been incredibly welcoming and have taken care of us. Hitesh Bhai is so kind, patient and thoughtful. He knows how to take care of his guests and ensures things run smoothly. A big thank you to the entire team who have been professional and genuinely kind to us during our stay. Highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton.

It was a very Comfy stay.. I’d surely recommend this place for your visit in vadodara.. the staff here at reception as well as in the kitchen is very helpful. The chef creates such delicious food and I’m a coffee lover so I’d surely recommend the cold coffee here :P. PS- thanks to the hotel for providing such a great ambience.. -Sumedha
