Hotel is OK average. Service is very good 👍

OK, siamo a Vadodara (Baroda). Non possiamo aspettarci la qualità del servizio che riceveremmo altrove per un hotel a 5 stelle. Però, da un hotel classificato a 5 stelle mi aspetto di più, anche a Vadodara. Per esempio, mi aspetto che all'uscita dall'ascensore, giunto al piano, non debba sentire la puzza di umido provenire dalla moquette che mi accompagna fino in camera. Oppure, mi aspetto che la camera Executive, sicuramente molto spaziosa e pulita, disponga anche di un arredamento e di un bagno dove il segno del tempo che passa non sia visibile ad occhio nudo come invece è. E per finire, non mi aspetto che se prenoto con anticipo il serivizio di trasporto per andare in aeroporto il giorno del check-out, mi debba trovare in difficoltà nel momento del bisogno perché la mia prenotazione era andata persa.

Best hotel in vadodara. The food was amazing. It was a leisure as well as business trip. The ambience was good. Poorvi at front desk assisted us very well. Overall it was a great experience here in surya Palace.

Hemal has provided us with very good front desk service. She also provides us with some shopping locations where we can take Tuk Tuk to reach our destination. Well done I wish her the best in her job. Rated 5

A superb place to stay in Vadodara. A lovely 5 star property with all amenities. Located right at the Center of the City. Entire staff was very cooperative. Anjali from front desk was always smiling and welcoming. She also arranged an early check in. Swimming was clean and well maintained. Gym instructor Nilesh takes really good care of the Gym. Food was delicious and buffet breakfast had a great variety. The Restaurant Azure Team was awesome. Special mention for Raja ram, chef Mintu, Gyandev and Sarfaraz. As a women solo traveler I felt totally safe. Highly recommended.

Watch full review on my YT channel Wandering Minds with aj As Accor Gold Member they upgraded my room categorie but even though In washroom no hot water coming even no sign of hot or cold water on any tap, it was my second time in this hotel but my thoughts are changing because this time they give me more respect & priority, Specially the girl at Reception named Poorvi is very polite & professional rest are ok ok as when I was asking for welcome drinks at restaurant they just treat me like doing any favours. Also during breakfast time I can hear someone was shouting on kitchen staff so loudly which is very weird. Anyways I will surely visit this hotel again hopping that next time my experience will be much better. Because I like the loaction of this hotel & also as Accor member, I don't have any other option in Vadodara for a stay.

I had a beautiful experience in the hotel. The hotel is well maintained. I saw many paintings in the hotel, they are very beautiful. The reception staff of the hotel is very helpful. I did not have to wait much during check in and check out, especially Anjali Purvi took great care of me. The swimming pool in the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The gym is small but the workout material is very good and well maintained. The gym trainer Mr. Nilesh does a very good workout ***** with amazing full body stretching. If you're staying at the hotel, consider using the gym and experiencing special stretching. A steam room is also available and well-maintained. I had a great experience at the hotel. Thank you. I'll definitely stay at this hotel next time.

Very professional and humble staff. All the amenities were available with proper hygiene. The buffet is amazing with variety on everyday basis.
