Unfortunately quite some negligence in regards to maintenance. Toilet, bathroom walls and ceiling, lamp.
Wouldn’t need a lot of money but attention to make the place really enjoyable.
Location and people are nice.

性能價格比很高的酒店。離烏斯馬爾名勝不遠。房間大，相比金字塔門口的兩家著名酒店價格上很有競爭力。賓館內綠草如茵。服務友善。稍顯遺憾的是賓館前台無法換外匯。且烏斯馬爾遺產景點是我們遇見的墨西哥景點中價格最宰人的旅遊景點。

Hotel vicinissimo al sito di Uxmal, siamo riusciti ad entrare subito all'apertura ed eravamo gli unici, dato che i bus turistici arrivano dopo. Personale estremamente cortese, sono stato male per un colpo di calore e ci hanno aiutato, portandoci anche la cena in camera. Hotel molto ampio con innumerevoli camere. Soggiornato a inizio giugno ed eravamo però solo 6 persone inntutta la struttura. Hanno piscina, hamache, zona per temazcal e massaggi oltre al ristorante interno. È possibile raggiungere le rovine di Uxmal anche a piedi, ma consiglio comunque la macchina.

We had stopped by earlier than their check in time to see if we could check in before hand and the woman at the front desk was pleasant. She asked our names, looked at a sheet of paper and said the room wasn't ready. Which was fine. We walked around the place which seemed uncared for and deserted and left until we could check in, figuring it was just after noon and everyone was elsewhere. When we returned to check in the fellow at the front desk said there was no reservation for us after he looked at our passports. I showed him the ******* notification that said we were booked and he gave us a surly answer and said no reservation. We didn't want to argue the point so we left and found other accommodations. We didn't feel at all welcome and there was still nobody around. The place was empty. Maybe they didn't want the bother of 2 people when nobody else was there?

Unfortunate how unfriendly most of the staff are. The rest of the experience was wonderful. The pool are area were so nice. Location was great. Man at the front desk really dislikes people and shows it.

grounds were nice , wonderful view, great sitting areas, wonderful friendly staff, great location for the ruins. Don't fall for the free breakfast scam!!

The hotel is really nice, quiet and the views are amazing. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Close distance to Uxmal site and other archaeological sites. The staff very friendly, gave us good recommendations for our holidays. We had a 30 min massage which I highly recommend. Overall the hotel exceeded expectations and I highly recommend it.

Hotel is located just minutes from Uxmal Archeological Site, very convenient after a hot day sightseeing. Rooms are large with great views of jungle. Very attentive staff.
