Matteo was amazing in check-in! I love to stay at this premier inn! Room was clean and breakfast very good! I stay here a lot and all the staff is very helpful. Definitely I recommend this hotel as it has the station near by! And all the restaurants around

Fantasic staff, so friendly. Rooms and maintainance of them was faultless. Extremely clean, tidy and highly presentable for anyone or any class. Rooms have heating and air conditioning, plus complimentary tea and coffee facilities. Lovely shower and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. 'Eat as much as you like breakfast' highly recommended. Fresh produce, cooked in your view and plentiful, as it is continually topped up. Anything from continental to full cooked, with a huge variety of options. Recommeded for families or business stays. Railway station directly across the road, so easy for access to inner London, at only 45 minutes away by train. They can even hold you luggage when you book out, so you can have a wander before and onward or return travel. No need to rush. Highly recommended place to stay. One, small request, a mini iron and ironing board would have been very welcome in the room, to iron my shirt and trousers on my business trip. Even a notice to say one is available at reception, if required. Thanks (maybe for all Premier Inn Hotels!?

The staff at this hotel are amazing. They were so accommodating to us and our kids that our kids didn’t want to leave. Breakfast was amazing and had everything you could ask for. Hotel is in an awesome location, located right outside the uxbridge underground station and shopping precinct. Will definitely stay here again as it’s such great value for money.

We are extremely grateful for their hospitality. The ladies Ameenah and Sangita were so great and accommodating with our young children showing them above and beyond attention and service. This making it one of our most enjoyable and menthol experiences. Also the morning buffet was fantastic and the kids eat free with a paying adult. Thank you so much.

The Hotel is strategically located, very clean and neat with very courteous staff Close to Metroline, Underground Train and also close to Shopping Malls and eateries There's need to improve on the breakfast because the breakfast served is the same throughout the period. Options should be provided

I recently had the opportunity to gain work experience at Premier Inn and it was fantastic! The breakfast each morning was delicious – a real treat to start the day. I also want to give a special shout-out to the employees, Leena and Ameenah, who were incredibly kind and friendly throughout my stay. Their kindness and hospitality made my experience all the more enjoyable.

The Reception team was very helpful and friendly. Among them, Matteo stood up for enthusiasm and welcoming effort. I was here for business and they allocated me a very quiet and comfy room where I could rest nicely. The breakfast was excellent and prepared me for a busy working day.
