Take a stroll down to the crystal clear Frio River and watch the fireflies come out each evening. Sleeps a maximum of 13 guests. The rate is based on 6 people. Each additional guest is $15 per night. The fee applies to adults and children. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus a vanity with sink in each bedroom Bedroom #1/ 1 queen and 1 twin Bedroom #2/ A set of queen bunk beds Bedroom #3/ 1 King Living Room/ twin trundle bed, queen futon Large fully furnished kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffeepot, etc. Strong Wifi & Smart TV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Etc. Century old pecan trees provide a shady area to barbecue, enjoy a campfire, play volleyball, pitch horseshoes or just relax and observe wildlife. The tapered river bank makes this location great for young kids. There are shallow river areas, perfect for smaller children, and deep swimming holes for fishing and swimming. Take a walk on our nature trails where abundant wildlife can be seen. The wildlife include deer, turkey, hummingbirds, fox and much more. The River Belle House sits on the same property as the Original 6 cabins River Belle has a private outdoor area with: 2 picnic tables charcoal BBQ pit campfire ring front porch The property has a community area nestled in a pecan grove with: volleyball net horseshoe pits additional picnic tables string lights WHAT TO BRING: Pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, lawn chairs and ice. Linens are supplied for an additional cost, excluding the peak season time period. We are unable to offer linens during peak season due to labor shortages in our rural area. AVAILABLE AT THE OFFICE FOR RENT OR SALE: Tubes Kayaks Firewood Cornhole PETS: There is a pet charge of $20 per pet, per night. VRBO only charges you for one pet, additional pet fees for multiple pets will be collected at check in. You must notify us that you will be bringing pets BEFORE your arrival at the property. Pets must be kept in a crate when left indoors unattended and are not allowed on furniture and bedding. Pets must be kept on a leash while outdoors. Owners must pick up animal waste from grounds or your deposit will be forfeited. Take along a baggie with you to pick up waste and then dispose of it properly in your outdoor trash can. Dogs cannot be left unattended on a leash outside. If you do not abide by our pet policy you will be asked to leave, no refund will be given. Pets are NEVER allowed to chase wildlife.
