The Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas

Was at the Westin Himalyas for a weekend getaway in Jan 2025. The Hotel is beyond amazing. Staff is extremely courteous and hospitable. The food is great. The property is fantabulous and one of a kind being at a height of 1500m with stunning views of the valley. The hotel has good facilities including an infinity pool overlooking the valley (however needs to be heated), a heated jacuzzi lap pool and a heated childrens pool. Additionally there is a bowling alley and a time zone for kids. Special mention to the duty Manager Ms Priyanka Banerjee to make our stay extra special. My parents too visited in Feb 2025 on their Anniversary on my recommendation and they too had a great great time thanks again to Ms priyanka Banerjee. Looking forward to visiting again with my kids this Summer.

LOCATION This property is situated on top of the hill thus providing an amazing view from the rooms. There is not much to do outside of the resort but plenty of things within to engage oneself. All rooms have view towards same side. There is a small trekking behind the hotel which takes one to the top of a cliff and the view from there is breathtaking. STAFF The hotel staff is really welcoming and hardworking. Everyone on different level goes one step further to make sure that customer satisfaction is there. My special thanks to Duty Manager SHUBHAM, SUNAINA, PRACHI and SANJEEV from the front office team for taking good care of my family. The food and beverage team members also did an amazing work. Service provided by LOUNI, DAINA, PRIYANKA, SOFIYA and Mr. RIJO VERGHISE was something which cannot be received in every luxurious property. Their efforts just made my whole family smile and so many things one can learn from them. FOOD As usual this Westin property also provides an amazing breakfast. So many items to choose from. Thanks to the Executive Chef for recommending us the local Thali. Enjoying food and listening the live performer just hits different. ROOMS The rooms have a modern and luxurious architecture, and all the amenities needed. Hygience, comfort and cleanliness has been acknowledged really well. POOL Infinity pool is one of the back bones of the property ***** with open air Jacquise of that big size. Overall, this property should be in everyone's bucket list if visiting Uttrakhand.

We had an amazing stay at Westin Resort, The Himalayas. From the moment we arrived, the hotel took care of everything we needed, ensuring a seamless experience. While I don’t remember all the staff names, Priyanka at the reception was exceptionally helpful and assisted us with every request. We had a couple of concerns in the room, which we shared with her, and they were promptly addressed. Overall, the hotel was fantastic, with great service, beautiful surroundings, and a warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

I chose this hotel to celebrate a special day and they didn't disappoint us at all. From the time of arrival,the room decoration was above the expectations, The best part of the operation team is that everyone is aware of the occasion. One of the most scenic and breathtaking locations in the foothills of the Himalayas overlooking the sacred Ganga, Rishikesh, Dheradhun and Mussoorie. A seven star establishment with outstanding Services, most warm, caring and friendly staff , gourmet dishes at all restaurants were most delicious and sumptuous helpings and heavenly roomswith extraordinary comfort. The spa treatment was divine and took you to another realm.Living above the clouds a truly spiritual experience that must be repeated . World class resort ranking amongst the best globally. This was the most magical experience, from the stunning, magnificent views of Himalayan foothills, Rishikesh and the Ganges, to waking up to a sea of clouds. The elevation and location of this resort was especially unique. The facilities were outstanding, the service delivery, cleanliness, decor ambiance and staff were of the highest standards, an exceptional experience. The staff paid special attention to details and tailored your experience making it special and heartwarming. A special mention to Suryaa, Rijo and chef Pankaj on their kindness and outstanding professionalism. The spa experience was divine as I was transported to a relaxing and serene state by the special expertise of Zwalli. There was a myriad of delicious cuisines from breakfast to dinner. All the Chefs were outstanding and often rotated through the dining areas checking in on your dining experience. As an international traveler from outside of India, this experience has been extraordinary, specifically over the festive season this was a true luxury resort experience to enjoy. I will definitely be visiting this exceptional resort again & telling others to do the same.
