Hotel Staybridge Suites a Utica

Front desk people were nice and sympathetic, but not empowered or able to fix any issues, especially as the hotel was sold out. The first desk person did bring replacement sheets, but the condition of the room was too gross to stay. There was questionable debris under the mattress. ”New” Towels and washcloths had stains. Room was grubby at best. What I thought were stains on the doors and surfaces, cleaned easily when we wiped them off, indicating they had not been cleaned. Carpet had debris on it. Bedding had hair on it. Surfaces were dusty and sticky. Walls were unclean. The latch lock was missing. The deadbolt would not turn. We left for another accomodation and expect a full refund.

i have stayed at this place multiple times. Every time i stay at this location it is a very pleasant experience. The nearby restaurants and other stores are very nice. a lot of options, near major throughways.

This by far was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel! I reserved a room for a wedding I was attending and they had reserved a block of rooms. I booked my room over a month ago. Never heard anything and the day before I got an email to check in so I did. I drove 4 hours to get to hotel to find out that there were several people who have been waiting for rooms in the lobby for over 2 hours! When I went to check in, I was told that my booked room was not available as they had a hockey tournament that books the hotel every year and that the hotel was overbooked by 5 and I may not get a room at all! I had a wedding to be at starting at 5 and it was already 4:15. I tried calling corporate and they took my reservation number and then transferred me to someone else and they started to talk with me and then I got disconnected. Could never get back in touch with them. The front desk Lao told me they were short handed as 2 people called off. He called and spoke with the manager of the hotel who was at home, and not there assisting with all of these problems. I was then told that they would be giving me 20,000 points in my account, and that would plow me to go to another hotel and try and get a room! I am from out of town and had no idea where the other hotels were! Again, we were late for a wedding! Finally, after my friend changed in the bathroom while I argued with them, they finally had a room that was not the room I booked, but better! We ran upstairs and I got changed and we’re over an hour late for the wedding missing the vows! We were offered the room at a discount, but they had already charged my card earlier in the day! Said a credit would happen at checkout and it still has not come through. Was not given the credits I was promised! When we checked out, I found out the rude guy at the desk mixed up our rooms with another couple and we were in the wrong room under their name! Getting sleep at night was impossible, because the kids were running, yelling and screaming in the halls all night with no help for parents. When we came back from the wedding, all of the hockey parents were sitting in the lobby drinking with more alcohol than a bar! I counted 26 bottles of wine at one table, and a ton of heavy liquor bottles at the other table! The parents were even loud and their children were terrorizing the residents of the hotel! I have been trying to get a hold of corporate today to no avail! Never stay at this hotel! I could understand maybe if this was not an international chain of hotels, but they are a well known hotel chain! Very, very upsetting and will never stay at another one again!

L'hotel, bene il tappeto dove la mia stanza era situata, non doveva essere tenuto un appartamento, quasi mi sono camminato per qualche volta in camera mia. Non c'era caffè per il produttore Il prossimo mattino, quindi ho cercato di chiamare il desk, ma il telefono in camera non funzionava; l'uomo in sala sapeva che il telefono non funzionava e mi avrebbe dato il caffè che non è mai successo. Sabato sera potresti sentire l'odore di cannabis nella sala che era un hotel non fumatore. Domenica mattina, durante il check-out, sono andato al divano per dirgli che il bagno non funzionava e che non ho trovato nessuno al divano o al caffè. Quando sono tornato nella stanza dopo aver caricato la mia macchina per controllare, assicurarmi che non ho lasciato niente nel pavimento del bagno era inondata, ma non ho potuto chiamare il desk perché il mio telefono non funzionava e nessuno era intorno nelle stanze. Questo hotel ha bisogno di dipendenti che possono essere intorno per aiutare i suoi ospiti! Anche i telefoni nella stanza sono obbligatori! Per quanto pagato per due notti potevo stare meglio e almeno avevo un caffè! Non resterò a Marriott in qualsiasi momento presto!

Non aspettare niente di folle, ma vedo questo posto come un luogo per riposare e andare per la maggior parte. In generale, le camere erano molto pulite e grandi per quello che ho avuto e direi che è un buon lavoro, ma vorrei che fosse un po'piu' economico per alcuni aspetti.
