Hotel in zona Springville City Recreation Department, Utah County

Un hotel molto conveniente per la zona Provo, di base ma ha tutto quello che ti serve. 50 dollari di deposito all'arrivo che potrebbero catturare alcune persone

We had so many conflicting experiences with this hotel... We stayed here about 6 years ago and it was great. This time, mostly disappointing. We stayed here for a week - this time not for a wedding, but for a funeral. Check-in was fine and the room seemed good... until we raised the toilet lid and discovered that it had not been cleaned and in fact, was coated with what looked like the previous guest's diarrhea. We were exhausted from our drive, so didn't ask for it to be cleaned until the following morning (I know... gross). When I went to ask the front desk to have housekeeping clean it, the front desk person said ”I don't clean toilets”... as if I was asking HER to go up and clean the toilet. I responded ”ummm you look like a front desk person... maybe ask housekeeping to clean it??” Also that morning, our room started to smell like diesel exhaust. The source was some dude outside (we were on the 2nd floor) our window, letting his huge, backed in truck idle for at least 30 minutes, while the exhaust was pointed at the building. We were leaving at that point and hoped that the room would air out by the time we returned (which it did). While the guy's truck was idling, I noticed the hotel manager standing there for about 15 minutes, chatting with the guy (this fact will come up later). When we returned that evening the toilet had been scrubbed thoroughly, thank goodness. Next morning, once again, the room filled up with diesel exhaust from the truck parked below our window. My husband decided to go talk to the front desk about it. He talked to the manager, who basically treated him like he was delusional... that there is no truck idling below our window. When we left, I pointed out the manager and asked my husband if that was the person he had talked to about the truck, to which my husband replied ”yes”. I then told him ”that guy was talking (standing next the the truck while it idled) to the truck owner yesterday for at least 15 minutes... he knows that the truck was sitting there, pouring exhaust towards the building”. So basically, the manager lied to my husband. The hotel wasn't automatically sending housekeeping in to clean stay-over rooms, citing Covid as their reason. (you could get your room cleaned if you asked). I understand this, but if you're going to cite Covid to not do something that you normally do, maybe ask your staff to wear masks? During the entire week we were there, we saw only one staff member wearing a mask. Now for the good stuff: the breakfast staff was great. Very friendly and diligent to keep the area clean and stocked. The lobby was kept clean (even with some snow being tracked in) and tidy at all times. The hotel is very conveniently located by the I-15 and yes, the state liquor store. I had misplaced a necklace and thought that maybe I had left it in the room. When my husband called to ask if someone could go look for it, the front desk person was very helpful and kind, going up to the room

L'hyatt di Provo ha superato davvero le mie aspettative. Avrei raccomandato questo hotel a chiunque visitasse Provo. La palestra era bella, la piscina era bella, la stanza era eccezionalmente pulita. Il colazione era fenomeno! Veramente non posso sovrascrivere la mia esperienza qui. State qui!

Abbiamo viaggiato con il nostro animale domestico e abbiamo scelto di trascorrere una coppia di notti in questo hotel per sfuggire al calore. Il condizionamento d'aria ha funzionato senza essere alto, cosa che non possiamo prendere per questi giorni. La cucina era di base, ma aveva gli elementi essenziali per preparare i nostri pasti semplici. Apprezzava il regolare frigorifero/congelatore per immagazzinare il nostro cibo. La sala fitness era di dimensioni regolari e aveva più di quelle solite fibbie che erano apprezzate. La colazione era standard ma non è mai scaduto, il personale era amichevole e si assicurava che le tavole fossero pulite, il parcheggio era gratuito e ci sono stati molti di esso senza restrizioni. In particolare, siamo stati molto soddisfatti che i distributori di borse di poop fossero sempre pieni e ci sono stati molti di essi dispersi intorno alla proprietà. E ci sono 2 aree diverse e grandi di pascolo per il sollievo animale domestico, che è un cambiamento benvenuto quando alcuni hotel preferiscono offrire solo un angolo pieno senza pascolo nel calore dell'estate.Nota che la tassa per animali domestici è $100 per soggiorno. Non è stato male pensare che l'hotel si è effettivamente impegnato (distributori/paese erbaceo) per essere allevati da animali, oltre a permetterci di avere il nostro animale domestico nella stanza con noi.

Molto bella stanza

Molto piacevole soggiorno a Hampton Inn a Orem Utah. Personale amichevole e utile, soprattutto Ashley, andò a un chilometro di più per essere utile. Grande posizione, abbiamo goduto il nuovo ristorante thailandese a un isolato di distanza, il corallo d'oro è anche buono. Ci piaceva la camera pulita, la sala colazione e la sala da pranzo.

Everything was fine at this hotel. Staff was friendly, room was very nice. Only thing was that the breakfast was somewhat lacking in imagination. I think we were spoiled from the night before at Residence Inn Salt Lake City Murray. Even though things are tighter with Covid, there is room for more interesting breakfast offerings.

E'il miglior hotel che vivo a Lehi, shopping e ristorazione sono molto conveniente.

The price for this hotel was great for a family that has never been to Utah the breakfast was not great, but we could pick up some things and cook in the room and that was great. The pull-out bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we ended up at Walmart getting an airbed for our kids it was that bad I wouldn't sleep on it. The one of the big problems we had was that the water in the shower was never fully got hot and with 4 of us in the room, I asked my wife if she was having the same problem and agreed. I went down stair to ask for a manger and this young kid name spencer said he was the manager and that he would work on it. I went back upstairs and told my wife about the guy and told her how I felt like I was bothering him by me complaining. Later that morning I came downstairs to ask if it was fixed and asked to speak to the manager a different guy came out his name was Skyler and let me tell you he was so different from the last guy I told him that I was talking to a different guy he told me that he was just a clerk Not a manager. He went on by telling me that they have been having this problem and are trying to fix the problem. Not a problem I get it. But this spencer guy needs to go if he thinks he is a manager what is he not telling the bosses. He also has his headphones on so how does he hears the phone ring or he is talking to the red head this is while I doing some work on my computer to many distractions in the room with kids running around. Love the tree lady she is wonderful I believe her name was Val what a wonderful person so kindhearted and so sweet to my kids and wife love that made us feel at home. Your front desk Manager Skyler runs his front desk so well and making sure everyone is welcome and happy besides spencer. One thing that he does is sit and on his phone and chat with the red head. Sorry for the long review but I thought it needed to be said and so that the right people can see how these people are running the place. If you stay here, these are the people you want to deal with Front desk Manger Skyler, Val, Char (night Clerk), Monica, there is another young lady she is great but can't remember her name she had dark long hair and most of the time she worked at night when I came to use the gym. Don't Deal with Spencer He doesn't care!
