"這是目前我在日本住過最滿意的房子。無論大小、設施和環境都屬於一流，有種在新西蘭的感覺。 環境：距離洞爺湖商業街2公里左右，步行有點距離，非常安靜，周圍是零散的居民房。就是半夜在屋外有點害怕。 服務：萬世閣拿鑰匙，退房直接把鑰匙放在別墅即可，10點退房比較令人困擾 設施：資料顯示23年開業，但裏面設施明顯不是新的，有些年頭，但保養得非常好，用的東西都非常高級，廚房的洗手池做工特別好，微波爐、烤箱、茶具餐具電磁爐什麼都有，尤其是整個温泉，更衣室，淋浴都有，感覺是有錢人給自己設計的度假屋，後來再賣給了萬世閣。 地理位置：步行5分鐘有便利店。但出出入入如果不是自駕，不太推薦"

"Dormi solo per una notte, scegliere l'hotel più economico del lago di Caverna, è solo dormire Non ci sono troppe aspettative, la stanza è pulita. Il personale di ricevimento della sala è molto bello inglese. È molto gentile. Il casinò di massa può anche essere pulito."

"I reckon that service quality is average with Japan standards. Most of staff do not speak English, but there is no issue to communicate with translator. Room amenities are average too, actually much lower than my expectation. I stayed in a good Onsen hotel in Hakone many years ago with my last visit in Japan, food and room are much much better. The skin product in this place I really doubt that it is only Muji stuff. Maybe the price was not that good when I booked in. I have to say it is overpriced for me.Dinner and brekkie are okay, location is fine cuz I drove myself."

"👍🏽Pros: - Free shuttle bus to and for Sapporo station - A variety of complimentary tea bags in the lobby - Public bath is awesome! There are 7 kinds of baths. My favorite one is the open bath, where I bathed when it was snowing. What a extraordinary experience. - Dinner and breakfast are buffet style. Many options and food is yum. - Some reviews mentioned that the facilities/room seemed old, but I found the vintage Japanese-Style room comfortable and great. I really enjoyed the stay! - There are 2 massage chairs next to public bath. 👎🏽Cons: - Not many staffs speak English so it's a bit difficult to communicate. It took a while for the front desk staff to find our bookings. - Private bath is not worth it. It's a waste of money. - Needs to put up signs about the etiquette of using public bath. When I took a shower in the public bath, the Korean group all showered while standing and kept splashing. They chatted loudly and shouted at each other. One of them even kicked water in the bath......"

"La camera da letto e la camera d'ospite sono puliti bene, posso passare un bel tempo. L'ho usato per la prima volta negli ultimi due anni, ma non ho dato pranzo.E'un po'difficile vivere per sette notti in un posto dove poche strutture per cena nella regione. A proposito, stavolta aspettavo che il negozio aprisse e l'ho superato con una tazza."

"Overall, everything that doesn't concern your room and food is pretty nice - the location is good, the view is fantastic, the lounge is spectacular. However when it gets to service and your room, it is poor. As you can see on the photos, the room is old and there is mould left there. The staff do not take notice even when I asked for a change of room. Furthermore, the drainage will smell in your bathroom. The wifi is also poor and you get faint signal not just in your room but also in the restaurant. The service overall was poor, with the service during the buffet very mixed, with a combination of junior staff guiding you to wrong places and the manager ordering you about without a level of courtesy. This is a place to visit once, and not go back. There are others along the lake that are worth trying out."

"Bello hotel vicino al lago, vista sorprendente tutto il giorno. La stanza è pulita. Il pranzo e il colazione sono buoni. La notte ci sono lavori di fuoco e bisogna solo camminare fuori dall'hotel e si può vedere i lavori di fuoco."
