從踏入酒店那一刻起，就能感受到工作人員熱情貼心的服務。辦理入住手續快速又高效，前台的工作人員笑容滿面，還詳細地給我介紹了酒店的各項設施和周邊好玩的地方，真的很周到。
走進房間，內部的裝修簡約又不失温馨，佈局合理，各種設施一應俱全，而且都十分乾淨整潔，讓人住着特別舒服。床品柔軟舒適，睡起來超香，一夜好眠讓我第二天精神滿滿。
酒店的早餐也給我帶來了不少驚喜，種類豐富多樣，還給送到房間裏
不過呢，稍微有點小遺憾的就是隔音效果不太理想。晚上能隱約聽到走廊上的腳步聲和隔壁房間的一些動靜，對睡眠比較敏感的人可能會受到一點影響。浴缸沒有一次性浴缸套比較遺憾。但這並不影響我對這家酒店的高度評價啦，希望酒店後續能在隔音方面加以改進優化。總體而言，這次住宿體驗還是非常愉快的，以後有機會還會選擇這裏!

YYung NuggI extended my stay at a 6 bed dormitory.
There is a girl who speaks english at the reception.
Location was perfect for me, near the metro station and a busy street with clubs and restaurants.
You can use the laundry machine for free but doesn’t include detergent. You can either buy it at a local store(probably 6CNY for a small bottle) or vending machine in the hostel for 2CNY.
Dryer wasn’t powerful enough, ended up running it for a fee hours (you can just dry it in your room since the air is quite dry).

OONGLLOverall experience was rather good except there was some renovations above 7th floor where we stayed and the knocking sound continued from 3+pm until 7.30pm on Saturday and Sunday especially on Sunday 21/9 until we call the front deck complaining about the noice which make all of us can't rest well after our morning trip. Another thing we would like to say is there are people smoking in the restaurant while others were having breakfast and the staff didn't even stop him. Overall the breakfast served was not that fantastic( mainly Chinese style breakfast ) for Radisson standards ( not sure is really under Radisson). Honestly the bed is super comfortable and big,the view was great too ( we booked 2 double bed room)

SStAnastasiaMy friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage.
Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns).
For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials.
Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!

Non ci sono spazzole per gli asciugamani all'interno del bagno, come si esce a usare gli asciugamani, che vi espone a scivolare. 3.Gli strumenti di raso sono poveri e non sono proporzionati al lusso del equipment.4. Il taxi non conosce l'hotel perché ci sono hotel più grandi e migliori posti con lo stesso nome.Vorrei ringraziare la ricezione per le loro buone cose, soprattutto Donnur

YYakThis is an excellent hotel located in the coty centre close to many nice restaurants of various types of food to cater for the travellers of different nationalities. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially those young and friendly ladies at the Front desk. Free pick up service was provided and need to be pre arranged prior to arrival. The hotel is also equipped with laundry room and gym for its hotel guests to use at no cost. The rooms are very clean come with big TV, full toiletries, kettle. Air dryer. Breakfast is good and healthy with plenty grains. |Really enjoy my stay here.

UUtente ospiteI did not have the best stay at this hostel, but it could have been due to unique circumstances.
When i arrived in the middle of the night, the owner(or senior staff idk) was drinking and smoking with his friends in the commons. Whilst I was checking in with another staff member, they discussed among themselves where I could be from based on my appearance. As a young woman traveling alone, I found this moment quite unpleasant.
I had booked the 4 people's dorm. They happened to be no other guests in the dorm that night. It was nice to have the room for myself. However, the room had not been cleaned up. My bed had been made, but on the trash was some trash and laying around. The previous guests had also smoked in the room. They had left their sigarettes floating in a noodle pot and the room stinking. I asked for another room. The tipsy owner first denied the room smelled, till we stood in front of the floating sigarettes. There was no other room available, so i slept there.
By morning, the commons looked like a different hotel. There was a friendly and professional lady at the desk who checked me out. She also kept my luggage for the day, which was very convenient.
For anyone who has never been in Urumuqi before, this is not the city center. The hotel is located in a tower close to Ulumuqi train station. It's convenient if you're hoping on or off the train, but you'll need a taxi to get you to part of the city worth visiting.
Overall, I had a terrible experience, but it's probably not how most travellers would experience this hostel. And, it's quite cheap.

WWoon Chooi YEWAlex, la signora della ricezione era così utile e cortese, sorrideva e ci faceva sentire molto benvenuti. Quando scoprì che ero membro dell'IGG, mi offriva un bicchiere di benvenuto,
Dalle 6 alle 2 del mattino, l'hotel ha offerto noodles di carne di bovino e zuppa di quercia (non si è mai accorto se si trattasse di un tipo di camera), cibo buono, ma il server/cuoco della notte del 15 ottobre era un incubo. Era infelice quando gli disturbavamo di chiedere una tazza di noodles, e tutto quello che gli interessava era giocare sul telefono, e gridò ad un ospite che cercava di aiutare, tornando a casa le tazze e gli utensili usati. Francamente, non dovrebbe lavorare nell'industria dell'ospitalità.
L'hotel è situato in una zona residenziale con nessun ristorante o negozi vicino, ma è pulito e moderno. Il centro commerciale Wanda è a circa 2 km. Ci siamo camminati.

Purtroppo il metro non va ancora alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità di Urumqi (ho arrivato da Turpan) anche se la stazione segnala che la stazione non è ancora aperta, ma è stato molto facile raggiungere l'aeroporto con il metro in 45 minuti.
Ho trovato che il modo migliore per arrivare all'eccellente Museo di Xinjiang è prendere il metro quattro fermate alla piazza Nanhu, e dopo aver goduto il Parco del Lago Nanhu, ottenere un taxi / Didi al Museo. È necessario 15 minuti e costa circa ¥20/25. Il museo è gratuito e non ho bisogno di fare una coda o pre-book per un biglietto.
Non c'è un interruttore di energia all'interno della porta dove di solito si mette la vostra carta chiave. Quindi non chiarire come tagliare l'elettricità della stanza quando si lascia, a meno che il più forte interruttore non sia in più di dieci interruttori intorno alla stanza!
Il letto era molto grande e comodo e la TV gigante aveva tutti i canali... una volta che si scopre che tra i molti commutatori di luce su entrambi i lati del letto c'è una TV con etichetta e senza questo nessuno dei due telecommutatori si switcherà sulla TV!
La doccia era un po' fuori data, ma efficace, anche se l'acqua calda non era davvero così calda.
Il colazione in alto era un buon buffet cinese, anche se il caffè era da una macchina e molto medio. Un mattino, un chef preparava la dolcetta fresca.

Poi, dopo aver scritto il tuo nome nel libro degli ospiti, vai al decimo piano dell'ascensore.

L'ostello è relativamente pulito, tranquillo e ben situato,
eccetto che ci possono essere altri ospiti locali, che sono alti e a volte fumatori nelle altre camere.
Oltre all'ostello è un bel centro commerciale e con molto da mangiare, nel cortile alimentare al terzo piano.
