Absolutely fantastic, it’s obviously pretty tough for foreigners to get around at the moment but the staff helped me with everything that you can imagine. There’s a branch of Harem Bagh for Uygur style food across the street, parking and lots to do nearby. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and was beyond my expectations. Thanks and already booked my next stay.

La stanza è più alta di quanto mi aspettavo. La posizione è molto buona. La porta ha un metro molto conveniente. La porta ha un sacco di ristoranti nuovi con caratteristiche di lusso. Perché devo fare un ufficio doganale qui nel lago Nan, prenotato come casa, in generale, il rapporto prezzo è alto.Ci sono tipi di ristorante che hanno buon gusto, si può bere il nuovo yogurt, la camera degli ospiti è regolata, ci sono finestre, basicamente soddisfare le esigenze di viaggio, l'hotel è in scatola, anche molto tranquillo! ZZhen Q Harman LinThis hotel is Extreme, Extreme, Extremely best with their services and staffs at front desk to even the Hotel manager. I really appreciate how they have helped us😀 as senior couple travellers to Urumqi first time.
Breakfast is very good and even the simpler free supper at night was fantastic. All the staffs from laundry room to front security ladies are all excellent excellent!

UUtente ospiteThis was my second time to Urumqi, what can I say, it never fails to impress me. The hotel looked brand spanking new and had a great vibe.
I was greeted by a friendly team at this hotel who went above and beyond to assist me in making my stay a memorable one.
The amenities offered here are awesome, they have a small gym, washers and dryers and a very inviting and equipped lobby. There was a coffee machine and ample beverages there too.
The room was spectacular and everything was kept in an immaculate condition. Heating and cooling systems were fully functional and the bathroom was spacious enough. Soundproofing was excellent too, I was not disturbed by banging doors or next door neighbors at all.
Daily cleaning service and replenishment was promptly done and really I have nothing to complain about. A very big thanks to the staff here for their friendly and helpful service which is truly what hospitality is all about.
The buffet breakfast was delightful and sufficient, with enough varieties of local food and dishes, fruits, and desserts.
This hotel lived up to my expectations and surprised me in so many ways. Will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town. Xie xie

The hotel was good location for my work purposes, surrounded with a lot of fancy restaurants . The hotel and rooms itself was very clean and neat. There is a small gym here, I used it frequently. If you don’t like Chinese style breakfast, there is also Western style options, even with cutlery 😁The main thing here is employees , very friendly and helpful. We could communicate with the microsoft translators. The all receptionist were helping with the logistics in general, supporting good stay and helped to navigate around here, suggested to visit beautiful locations around, suggested good restaurants, helped with online shopping, etc. The cleaning lady, (I am sorry I forgot your name) we talked almost every day, and she would ask about my needs, did laundry; the security guards were curious about my life here, and we had always good chat together, the kitchen service workers were helpful for adapt to new food and explaining things about it. In general, I had very positive experiences and memories. If I come back again I will stay here and recommend everyone also stay here.

Clean, spacious ,comfortable. the room is modern and somewhat looks futuristic. even small details are designed for comfort such as mirror with extra light on it, anti-slip bathroom mat, clear label on lights switch on/off so guest know what button for what lights, automatic night light turn on when guest wake up at night to go to washroom to ensure guest can see the walking path (been travelling for 6.5months and these are items that are almost never seen even in big hotel chain).
the receptionist team are also warm and welcoming. Special thank you to Xiao Xia and Noor who help with my check in and extend my stay.
Reasonable price, even offer discount on 2nd night (different person offer different discount, so i choose the best offer.lol)
This place also close by to many eateries and 4minutes walking to bus stop where multiple buses stop there (i.e.there is bus from airport to here, i.e.take metro and change to bus. the bus will stop here).
Convenient for solo traveller who rely on public transport to explore the surrounding (download 百度 or AMAP application to see route and bus timing in real time.百度is better though).
They are also available a wechat away for any questions or recommendations that you'd like to know.

UUtente anonimoPrima di tutto, questo è chiaramente un bell'incrocio “Hampton by Hilton” - branding the same, room design the same, and to be fair they’ve done a decent job of it. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Purtroppo, questo è circa quanto positivo quanto posso essere circa il mio soggiorno. La posizione è buona, anche se non molti buoni ristoranti locali o visibilità a piedi, avrete bisogno di un taxi. Servizio al desk front era inattivo e non professionale. Quando ho provato a usare il telefono nella stanza per chiamare il desktop e/o la custodia, la linea è stata automaticamente disaccoppiata. Il peggiore aspetto del mio soggiorno è stato gli aspetti “smart” della stanza. In primo luogo, l’aria condizionata non funziona. È stato 34/35 gradi durante il mio soggiorno e nonostante l'ariacone a 16 gradi con i fan massimi, la temperatura nella stanza è scesa quasi a 27/28 gradi tutta la notte. Portate il vostro fan! I controlli ”smart” significavano che tutte le luci nel bagno si accendevano non appena si spostava, che non è quello che si desidera in mezzo alla notte. Il pannello di controllo era sempre inclinato, proprio accanto al letto, che era molto irritante se questo tipo di cosa influenza il tuo sonno (è mio). La cosa peggiore era la TV che non si spegneva, e era incredibilmente luminosa, proprio davanti al letto. Ho finito per disinnesco la TV dal muro e per smontarla completamente per farla semi-oscura. Incredibilmente annoiante. Se vuoi una stanza oscura, con una temperatura confortevole, questo non è il posto per te... E' una vergogna, perché l'hotel ha potenziale, ma come è, non posso raccomandarlo, data queste questioni piuttosto fondamentali.

Il marchio dell'ostello è il signor Bo un bel gatto e fluffy. Yunbo Hostel in una posizione strategica a circa 30 minuti a piedi anche alla stazione di treni e autobus Urumuqi e si può catturare autobus locali a posti con solo RMB2
A proposito, è urgentemente libero di alimentare il tuo pollo, perché ci sono alcuni ristoranti locali e stalle di comodità sotto l'edificio

PPuriOverall the check-in process was smooth and efficient including the tedious task of having to show health QR codes, having pictures taken of passport with China residence visa side by side with phone showing health code, then making copies of visa page, passport page, last China entry stamp page, etc etc. In spite of the time this whole process takes the staff knew what they were supposed to do and went about the process as quickly as possible. A small welcome gift was an unexpected surprise. Special word of thanks to Ms.爱森那赫 at the reception (not sure if this is her actual name). She was the only one who spoke English and was guiding her colleagues to check us in smoothly. She also gave us a good recommendation to try local cuisine for dinner at a restaurant which was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only confusing bit is the fact that hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor. Our Didi drivers did not know how to get us there as the drive up to the 3rd floor was through a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel should either post clear instructions on a sign board for taxi/Didi drivers to follow or they should have someone posted at the entrance to guide vehicular traffic up through the parking lot to the lobby for check in. But all in all a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we plan another trip to the city.

EemdethuongFirst and foremost, foreigners are accepted so book with confidence. The reception speaks no english so a translation app is useful, they will kindly help as much as they can. It is very close to Nanmen metro station (walking distance). Convenience store is almost next to the hotel. Room is clean and cosy. Wifi works fine. You can walk to the Fountain plaza (5-10 mins walk, check my last 3 photos with the Chinese name) to buy China Mobile sim card and use data internet. I use LetsVPN and everything works perfectly. Would recommend this hotel for foreign travellers. More on the expensive side but I came in winter time and very happy with the heater and the convenience it offers.

I bambini sono felici e anche noi siamo molto felici. La hall dell'hotel è davvero bella e i murali sono così abbaglianti!
