Stunning property with large airy public areas and beautiful gardens on the river. The rooms are spacious and have a generous seating area which we enjoy rather than having to sit on the bed. We enjoyed breakfast and a dinner in the restaurant, and a casual pizza in the bar and the quality and service were excellent overall. Easy walk into the shopping and restaurant/bar areas of town and the town square. We felt very safe walking around the area and as well as the excellent restaurant at the hotel, there were lots of local dining opportunities close by. Highly recommend this hotel

I stayed at Casa Andina Premium Valle Sagrado for two nights during a Road Scholar trip. The room was comfortable, breakfast superb, and staff friendly and courteous. A special shout out to Nilson for helping navigate checkout and the lady bartender who helped me open a tricky plastic bottle of distilled water, needed for a medical device.

Atmosfera magica. Siamo arrivati di sera, la chiesetta all interno dell hotel tutta illuminata , le luci soffuse e una cura ******ale nell arredamento che mi è piaciuto tantissimo ! Mobili, tavoli, porte, me le sarei portate a casa ! La sera abbiamo mangiata al ristorante italiano , pizze e tagliatelle fatte in casa, buonissime. Unica pecca la colazione: non si può far pagare a parte cappuccino o espresso! L hotel e già caro di suo, si perdono nelle piccole cose…

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido resort solo una notte, durante un tour organizzato delle meraviglie del Perù. La struttura è immersa nel verde, un paradiso molto tranquillo. Avevamo una camera con vista su un laghetto artificiale ed il letto rivolto alla finestra che dava sul giardino al pian terreno. Abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia del personale, la tranquillità della notte, la doccia molto confortevole. I servizi offerti dalla struttura sembrano molto completi per intrattenimento e relax: c'è una chiesetta interna, dei negozi, una sala cinema, biliardo, ristorante interno, una piscina esterna ed una SPA. Anche se non abbiamo avuto il tempo di sfruttare nulla sicuramente è consigliato per tutte le coppie che vogliono fare un soggiorno in completo relax. Non so se avremo occasione di tornarci, ma ringraziamo tutto il personale per la cortesia mostrataci.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel ci ha fatto piacere, ma non era affatto affascinante, il personale era amichevole, le camere erano pulite e la proprietà aveva un enorme fascino. La colazione avrebbe potuto essere un po' più ampia, ma il cibo era buono, e la cena che abbiamo avuto al ristorante era molto buona. Questo hotel era un po' fuori strada, ma dopo aver visto il “centro della città” abbiamo preferito questa passeggiata lontana dalla strada piuttosto che rimanere nel centro polveroso di Urubamba.
