Hotel in zona Anaqmisk'i Miel, Urubamba

Firstly I will start with the positives, the hotel was nice with beautiful greenery surrounding. The decor certainly wasn’t modern however it was perfectly fine. Secondly the negatives, customer service was inadequate. Two of us are vegetarian and one morning we had to leave before breakfast opened so were told we would have ‘takeaway breakfast’. We clarified that these would be vegetarian three times (at checkin, the night before and in the morning when collecting the bags) but when we got on our journey we found they both contained ham. This is absolutely unacceptable and I hope they treat allergens more seriously or they could kill someone. When we mentioned this to the receptionist she just smiled and nodded and said ‘oh okay’, which is not an acceptable response. Also you have to pay for water here which we were absolutely fine with. When we bought a second lot on the second day we realised we had paid double the amount the previous day. When I said this to the receptionist again she just nodded and after a long pause said she would call someone. Other members of our tour group also agreed they had paid double the price the previous day. The following morning the receptionist was extremely rude and told us we were lying. She also told us, in a borderline threatening manner, that everything we do is on camera which is a bit weird given we were in a hotel so hoping she didn’t mean ‘everything’ as that’s a gross invasion of privacy. When we asked to watch the camera footage she was speaking of she told us it wasn’t available. The amount of money was not significant but the reaction of staff was wholly inappropriate - especially for a hospitality business. Overall would not recommend anyone stay here. Customer service skills require a lot of improvement.

Di fronte alla cava, proprio davanti alla vecchia ferrovia interrotta da una frana, si trova questo buon ristorante che offre anche pernotto. Da qui è molto veloce raggiungere a piedi la stazione di Agias Caloente e la fermata dei bus che portano al Macchu Picchu. Il ristorante offre una cucina semplice ma molto gustosa: ottima la zuppa de giorno, così come il pescato per finire con un ottimo dolce. Poche portate che cambiano in base alla stagione, buon gusto e buon prezzo. Da provare.

Abbiamo ricevuto e accolto molto bene. L'hotel si trova a circa 5 min camminando dalla stazione ferroviaria. facile accesso. La ragazza della reception ci ha risponso con molta simpatia e attenzione! Ha presto alzato per noi preparare un caffè.. semplice ma piacevole! La stanza è semplice.. ma è necessario per il soggiorno. Doccia d'acqua calda e letto super comodo. Calma per una buona notte di sonno. lontano dalla muvuca delle strade. E 'stato molto gentile da parte sua tenere le nostre valigie mentre saliamo a Machu Pichu. Raccomando!

Hotel Luz Garden was great! The staff treated us like family and were very nice! They came by each night to see what time we wanted breakfast and even let us stay in our room a little later so we didn't have to set around town waiting for or train. I will definitely stay here again.

Ho soggiornato in un hotel terrificante accanto a questo. Al mattino dovevo lasciare le valigie alla reception dell’hotel ma i dipendenti non si sono presentati.. hotel lasciato incustodito al buio, senza preparazione delle colazioni, ospiti scioccati; pertanto abbiamo chiesto Flor Condori dell’hotel Inti Punku se fosse possibile tenerle anche se non avevamo soggiornato nell’hotel e lei é stata super gentilissima e le ha custodite senza problemi. Grazie ancora!

Let me start I was skeptical while booking but when I reached here my stay was fantastic. Location: it is a wonderful location directly on the river and 4 minutes walk from railway station and bus as well as all the restaurants. Service: Christian and Judith provided the best possible service. Breakfast was the best. Free Wifi Internet was good Allowed to keep our luggage after checkout free of charge Overall I would love to stay again here!

Buona scelta per chi vuole trattarsi bene. POSIZIONE Dalla mappa sembrerebbe un po' ai margini del villaggio, in realtà alla fine risulta vicino alla piazza da cui iniziano i vari ristoranti e sulla via dove partono le navette per Machu Picchu. CAMERA Bella camera abbastanza spaziosa con balcone sul retro. In bagno la doccia ha la tenda e le prese sono con ingresso americano (in camera col doppio ingresso europeo e americano). La reception è disponibile a tenere i bagagli per la giornata in attesa del treno di ritorno per Ollantaytambo. COLAZIONE Buona colazione, anche abbastanza varia con alcune torte e elementi dolci. PREZZO Prezzo commisurato alla categoria.
