Hotel eccellente e personale straordinario che fa il possibile.
La pulizia delle camere e delle aree generali è eccellente.
Menu di cuscini non proprio ma un'eccellente scelta di cuscini disponibili.
L'unico aspetto negativo ed è piccolo è la scarsa qualità del WiFi. Forse è più forte più vicino all'edificio principale, ma noi eravamo in una delle stanze del Santuario che sono le più lontane dagli edifici principali. Il cibo è fantastico così come le bevande. La colazione porta lo chef Andy con il suo cesto di pasticcini appena sfornati.

Purtroppo siamo rimasti solo 3 giorni ma abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno, il personale senza eccezioni è stato davvero gentile e accogliente, la camera era fantastica, proprio sulla spiaggia, splendida vista del tramonto. Personale molto attento ma mai invadente che ci offre cibo e bevande in spiaggia. Incantevole rifugio rustico e rilassante

Ci è dispiaciuto lasciare il resort dopo aver apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno. Avevamo grandi aspettative ma queste sono state superate. Ottima posizione e a**osfera. Il personale era incredibile: efficiente, cordiale, disponibile e ha fatto davvero tutto il possibile per migliorare il nostro soggiorno.

Paradise!!! Everything about this place is heaven. From the water and beaches to our room and the service. The food was amazing and we felt so taken care of at every step of the vacation. Would highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

Place is as described (or better). Video reviews were helpful, do a google search. The staff were friendly, the food was good (a bit repetitive for breakfast, lunch). The drink were good. The cottages were excellent. There was a wind storm, so we lost power but literally just for a few minutes in the middle of the night. Also the water quit working, the pump (which each unit seems to have), we could hear was receiving maintenance but the water (sink / toilet / shower) would not work for about 10 minutes during our several day stay. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Wonderful resort, good to excellent staff, and the view ... the ocean ... the infinity/plunge pool ... all just awesome.

Absolutely love the outdoor shower. The private Villa with pool and beach access was an amazing experience. Allowed us to have privacy.

I could not give this place enough stars! i would highly recommend this place. Staff is extremely friendly and accomadating. Food is amazing, i was expecting a Buffet but every morning, afternoon, and dinner was all super fine dining. Best food i ever had. They could make about any drink you would want. View was amazing and it was very private and secluded.Room service was great. We stayed for a honeymoon. All fantastic, will be staying again.

The property was absolutely wonderful. Honestly one of the best vacations we've ever taken. We wanted something that was quiet, private, and all-inclusive, and this fit the bill exactly. We had a beachfront sanctuary room which was kept very clean and well maintained, and we loved the rustic feel. The food was great and had a lot of variety. We did the private beach dinner which was wonderful - Deon was a great server! The beach service was consistent and well paced, Tevin and Deon were our beach servers most often and we found them both friendly and accommodating. Last but not least, if you go here, be sure to visit the spa! The staff are well trained and professional, and the trea**ents were the best of any resort we've been to...we went three times! We will definitely return!

Keyonna Resort has delivered the best all-inclusive adult only experience I’ve ever had! From the attentive and friendly staff to the gorgeous property and the fine dining cuisine style, I couldn’t be more pleased with the resort. I highly recommend for any couples looking to escape and relax.
