Nice space for outside activities, basement for kids to be away from adults. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, bakeware and small appliances. Great space for family activities.

Tim is a great host! The deck and gazebo was a fantastic area for geusts to relax! The house was great very clean and had everything we needed.
The no shoes in the house is weird, I get it with the light colored carpet and Des Moines winters, but throw out the slippers in the hall closest. Nobody is going to wear someone elses slippers.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood!
This house was in a great location, clean and well equiped for our 5 night stay. Although there were only 3 of us it would accommodate a larger group comfortably. I had good communication with the owner and the check-in and check-out was easy.

Amazing
We had a great stay at our house! The host was amazing with communication and the house had everything we needed! Our kids did not want to leave after the week we had! Highly recommend!

Comfortable- Spacious Stay for family
Spacious house that has plenty of room for families. Clean and owner was responsive. Would benefit from adding new mattress to main level floor bathroom. Otherwise comfortable stay.

Perfect in every way!
Tim was a great host. Great communication and very accommodating. We were very comfortable and the House exceeded our expectations. Our group of 10 had all the space we needed. The property was within a 10 to 15 minute drive from everything. Thanks Tim for making our trip to Des Moines memorable.

Family Fun
The property was great for our family, 9 total people kids 15 and older. We had plenty of space in a quite neighborhood. We enjoyed the grill and gas firepit outside, firepit in the Gazebo. Lots of great memories made at the house and Des Moines Metro area. Definitely would stay here again.
