We had our wonderful 2 night stay at Tokyo Disneyland. We booked for 3 rooms, It is one of our favorite and most memorable experiences. Though we had a hard time checking in due to some language barrier but still our stay was so worth it

本当に最高でした！ ロケーション最高でした夜窓を開けるとディズニーランドの音が聞こえていつまでもディズニーの中にいる気分でした。 高級感がありサービスも丁寧でした。 可愛いアメニティは裏に思い出と共に持ち帰ってくださいと書いてあり子供は感動していました。 ディズニーの夢の中にずっといられる素敵なホテルでした。

やはり流石といった感じです。 娘の誕生日で泊まったのですが、ものすごく喜んでくれました！ また必ず利用します。

チェックイン、荷物の預け入れ全て時間がかかりました。 部屋からのベルデスクもなかなか出ません。お箸ひとつ15分かかると言われます。 アメニティーは歯ブラシだけです。後はテレビからの注文か、電話になります。 テレビもWi-Fiで繋いでいるようで、テレビをつけても時間がかかります。そのためか、パソコンに繋げても不安定です。 舞浜駅から徒歩で10分、もしくはモノレールに乗る必要があります。

It was gorgeous. From a design perspective, the Tokyo Disney Hotel was such a fun and educational experience especially for people in the design industry. If you study the details, you'll find artifacts all over the place referencing Disney e.g., the Mickey silhouettes on the walls, carpets, and even in bathroom. lol Personally, I found it cool and nostalgic seeing some really classic drawings and paintings of characters all around the hotel. Just remember though, this experience does come with a price!!! Fortunately because the yen is so low, it won't cost an arm and a leg but getting reservations to this place was pretty difficult. As for convenience, the hotel is right in front of Disneyland. So you can go back to your room mid-day and take a break. However, if you're visiting disney sea, you'll have to take the monorail, which will cost you some time. I recommend Mira Costa if you visit DisneySea. The restaurant we ate at was just okay. We had breakfast and dinner and it was buffet-style. The desserts were good but everything else was just okay. Overall, if you want to create fun memories and experiences for the kids, then yeah, I think it's totally worth it.

Wanted to drop into Tokyo Disney whilst around and I have to say that the Hotel and Staff were extremely accomodating, as you’d expect. A notable mention to Suzuki in the concierge room with her pleasantries both within the room and bumping into her as she was knocking off. Whilst I have a smile from ear to ear being here and more so venturing into the parks, there were some downfalls that may more be attributed to expectations as opposed to other. Positives- beautiful venue, staff all ever so helpful and venue location to Disneyland was unmatched - literally walk out the rear of hotel and you are at the first entrance gates. The shops, once navigated were terrific - especially the ‘convenience looking glass’ store on 1F that you could get beverages, food and more so you weren’t having to outlay considerable dinner costs at Gardens buffet for example - 750 yen drink you could get for 180-300 10 metres away. Whilst the buffet was great, significantly overpriced IMO - should drinks have been included (soft drinks/juice) it would have made it more appealing. We did eat at the buffet, and food was fresh and varied from local cuisine to western and a mixture in between. Other positives were size of room, cleanliness, fitout (table/chairs/alcove seating), bath/shower were excellent both heat and pressure, as was fridge and location of ice machine. The opulence of the venue was unmatched.. the breakfast lobby (3f) was a nice venue / high ceilings and well catered for buffet - western and local. For improvement: concierge room read as a club floor sort of (but not - has cold drinks and evening cocktails, but no real food) and could have had the cooler up a little more in the summer heat. Tips on how to use the park - more than just saying ‘download app’ around fast passes and more. It was interesting that you pay to stay at a Disney venue and no guarantees of various parks (fantasy springs) - even just a tip from a Disney run hotel on time to line up for entry with fast pass (oh this is another thing) would be nice. Another thing I found peculiar was in room dining was limited, no burgers etc etc… it’s like they were encouraging to eat at Disneyland and not there… would have been nice to grab a burger and fries from a nostalgic US themed business - maybe I was expecting too much here though? Whilst I’ve added some negative, they do not negate the experience provided by hotel and staff (overly helpful at all engagements) nor should it deter anyone considering staying here. One final comment, after a long day walking and more, take advantage of the massage services… highly commend Daigo who diligently worked her beauty skills on this ageing man in some need of relaxation. Highly recommend snd they perform massages til the wee hours (think end 3am).. Thanks for the optical magic and attentiveness.

This may be my favorite Disney hotel! Great location to walk to Disneyland Park. Large rooms, great amenities, amazing staff! Be prepared though, the beds are hard!! The restaurant was in the lobby. There is also a gift shop and a convenience store on the ground level. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Tokyo Disneyland.

We took 3 rooms in the hotel and later found out because we didn’t have a suite room we don’t have access to many amenities in the hotel, including coffee shop and breakfast areas. If u have allergies you will have a extremely hard time navigating the food in the hotel and parks

Wonderful hotel just steps from the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland. The hotel is reminiscent of the Grand Floridian in WDW. The Alice in Wonderland room was my granddaughter's dream come true! Cast members very attentive, but English pretty sparce. Disney has armed cast members with English cheat cards, which were pretty effective most of the time and we appreciated the effort. Even though I'm giving a five-star review, there where things I wish I had known before arriving. This is not Disney World - transportation is not free to resort guests. The Disney monorail, which stops right at the hotel, requires tickets. It is by far the best way to get back and forth from Disneyland and DisneySea. The tickets are purchased at the monorail station for cash only - no credit cards. My usual mode of international travel is to find an ATM machine on arrival, but there is not one in the hotel. Returning to the hotel from the monorail station, the front desk was not able to assist in obtaining some yen. Fortunately, a bellman pointed us to a money exchange machine hidden near the lobby and I had a few hundred in dollars and euros to feed the machine. Problem solved, back to the monorail station to buy 2-day passes with my newly acquired yen and enjoy the ride to DisneySea.

Our last hotel for our Japan trip. Checked in Tokyo Disneyland hotel after 2 nights at Miracosta which we truly enjoyed and dreading having to check out. But stepping onto Disneyland Hotel give you the magical feeling and completing the hapiest place on earth aura. Stayed at their beaty and beast room. From all aspect it surpassed expectations and staff members above and beyond helpfulness really capped our closing trip.

Our family are huge Disney fans, and we've stayed at lot of the Disney hotels around the world. This was one of our best experiences. The hotel (as you would expect for Japan) is absolutely immaculately clean and fantastically well presented. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the grounds are definitely taking a look at - giving you a slight break from the crowds at the theme parks. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, keeping everything moving along as efficiently as possible. The breakfast was nice, although a little expensive. There was a wide range of food available, not everything was appealing to my group, but we did notice that all of the dishes were being eaten (and promptly replaced) so I would imagine that anyone would be able to find something to eat before entering the parks. Staying at the hotel gives you the opportunity to enter the parks early, something that I would most definitely recommend as it gets extremely busy!

Only way to go if you are doing Disneyland. We stayed in the Beauty and Beast massive suite. Our daughter loved it. Early access to the park is a plus. We got to do a few extra things without waiting. The vacation package is worth spending the money. Some rides had a 2.5 hr wait, with the priority pass, we walked to the front of the queue each time. Not cheap, but if you are going to do it, this is the way to go. We even came back, had a glass of bubbles and a nap at lunchtime before going again in the afternoon.
