(For example: if the house sleeps 8 and allows you to book for 8 people, then there can never be more than 8 people at the property – even if they are just visitors stopping by.) If this rule is not abided by, there will be a $40 fee per unapproved visitor.- Fire/Smoke: It is a property rule that there are to be no fires, candles, smoking or burning of any kind in the property. We charge a $600 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoking in the house.
