Super caldo e considera l'ospitalità dal proprietario dell'hotel Imi, il personale della reception John e Daisy. Le nostre camere sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli! Imi ci ha aggiornati con una camera con accesso al levante per la mia madre anziana FOC, siamo così benedetti e grati! 🙏🏻 Più punto - bella scena dalla nostra camera d'albergo! 😍 Eccellente diffusione del colazione con opzioni fredde e calde! John ci ha aiutato ad ordinare la pizza e la salada dal suo amico, che è arrivato entro 20 minuti! Salvare mia madre anziana e noi un viaggio per andare a Interlaken ovest per cercare cena! Se rimarremo indietro, rimarremo con loro!

I don't know why this is not a 4 star hotel instead of 3! Sonja runs an impeccable, darling Swiss hotel with comfy beds, an amazing sauna/spa and the most unforgettable dinner we've ever had! The views of the Alps from here were amazing! We found out that the 5 star hotels in town send their guests to Salzano for their dinner as it is that good. Sonja took time to explain every room of the sauna and how to best use it, even when the hotel was very busy. We needed laundry done and even though they usually need 48 hours in which to do it, she got it done in 36 as we had to leave. Superb EVERYTHING at this hotel - I cannot say enough! Thank you, Sonja and staff!!

The location is out of this world! Right on the crystal clear turquoise lake. With mountains in the background it’s just a place in paradise. The staff were so lovely friendly and helpful and had so many laughs with the manager and Spiros the waiter. The rooms are cleaned and beds made every day. I have an intolerance to gluten and the lady at breakfast every morning had my gluten free bread/cakes made for me. She was amazing. They really went out of their way to make us have an unforgettable holiday. The bus stop is just outside which takes you to the town, the ferry port is right on the lake and you get a free ticket to both. I literally cannot fault this hotel. I highly recommend it and you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to come back!

We accidentally got this place because our hotel reservations at another place were cancelled. We were so pleased with the change. The staff had a welcoming message for us on a card when we arrived and the view over the river and to the mountains was gorgeous. The room was somewhat small but very adequate. We enjoyed going out to the balcony to take pictures of the ever changing scenery. The staff was so helpful and nice in giving us ideas of what to do and how to get to the train stations. The breakfast was an array of fruit, rolls, bread, cheeses and whatever juice and drink you desired. Afternoon tea and extra yummy cakes, etc. were special. When we left, they were kind in splitting the bill between my girlfriend and myself. They even had a can of chocolates to give to each of us as we left. What a nice hotel! I would definitely recommend this out of the way and scenic place. Was so much better than where we had originally planned to stay and only a five-minute to the main touristy area of Interlaken. Walking to train stations were 15-20 minutes.

Truly loved this place! Obviously not the frills of a hotel but perfect for sleeping when you are exploring all day and don't need extras. Loved the attention to details! Clean, quiet, well decorated, and amazing location. Water view from our window was a storybook picture! The owner also has the coffee bar/restaurant which was our favorite cafe of our 10 day trip! Amazing coffee, food, and people!

A pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria Interlaken West, questo accogliente istituto è tra un motel e B&B. Non c'è ascensore per evitare di avere bagagli pesanti. I mobili sono completamente scaricati ma il bagno è moderno e pulito. Il letto era molto inconfortabile, perché era troppo morbido e si ingoiava molto in esso. Le altezze della porta e della zona doccia sono sorprendentemente basse. Quindi se siete almeno 6 ft, potreste voler riflettere. Il miglior colazione è stato il frutto che offre opzioni di qualità - tagli freddi, frutta fresca, formaggio, verdura (tomati, cucchiaio e talvolta capsicum), cereali, frutta secca. Le uova sono freschi cucinati su ordine e sono sia sgrassate che fritte. There’s also a nice reading area and fireplace next to the dining area.

It was fast and easy. They even let us do early check in. The room: we had a four bed room. It had two separate rooms and one bathroom. One side of the room faced the river and the other side faced an abandoned building that connected to the hotel. We didn’t feel safe at night leaving the windows open, so it was definitely hot in the room. My bed was firm. Pillows were good. The room was clean and had plenty of space. They also have plenty of places to plug in your electronics. Bathroom: Small. The water always ran hot enough and the water pressure was great. They provided a hair dryer and a combo hair and body soap. Lounge: this is downstairs and it is perfect. It has a communal microwave and fridge. tea is available all day. They have couches and tables. Complimentary Breakfast: included scrambled eggs, yogurt, cereal, toast, fruit and cheese. You do get to choose from any of their hot beverages. This hotel does not have an elevator Tips: The hotel provides with a free bus pass that can be used while you’re in town Harder Kulm is a 15 min walk along the river. Ask the staff for directions The train station and major bus stops are an 8 min walk
