Hotel in zona Biotop, Unterhaching

Soggiorno molto piacevole tre notti in albergo. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio sotterraneo sufficientemente ampio, che normalmente costa 15€ a notte. Durante il nostro periodo di prenotazione, tuttavia, venerdì e sabato potrebbero essere prenotati per la metà. La camera era molto ben arredata, l'illuminazione altrettanto piacevole. L'unica cosa negativa era la mancanza di possibilità di raffreddare l'alta temperatura della stanza (la finestra si apriva solo inclinata), così come la porta scorrevole in vetro smerigliato del bagno, che non si chiudeva completamente. Le pulizie venivano tutti i giorni e facevano un buon lavoro. Il ristorante era ottimo, la colazione molto varia. Sicuramente non sarà stata l'ultima prenotazione in questo hotel.

I stayed here at Revo for 6 months. Here's what you should know. Pros: 1. Great place to start for someone who moved to Munich and is in search of a permanent place to live. 2. Grocery markets, u-bahn station very close by. 3. Amazing staff at the Bar. You must meet Alberto, an amazing bartender, and great host. Alessio at reception is the only good thing about the hotel reception. 4. Italian restaurant in the building, serves decent Italian food. 5. Nice work area available. 5. Rooms are of decent size, fitted with a kitchen and all necessary appliances. ( Worth the money I paid ( 50 Euro a day ), but the prices have gone up now, not sure if it's worth it now ) 6. Good spot near reception to sit and watch football on a big size screen. Cons: 1. Staff at reception is rude, self-centered, and unhelpful with any query you raise. Too loud at times, won't be easy to work in the work area. (On one occasion, one reception person, entered my room, without knocking ) 2. Don't expect anyone to help with anything. 3. In Germany, everything is sent to you via post, don't expect reception staff to receive it if there's one tiny mistake on the part of the sender or yourself. 4. Many of my posts were undelivered as reception refused to accept them as the sender forgot to correctly put my room number. Maybe it is a rule or something, decent thing to do would be to check the name and maybe call the guest. 5. Lousy internet in the room. 6. Except for a couple of news channels, all channels played will be in German. 7. There is a proper schedule set up for cleaning services, but it's up to the cleaning staff. Several times, they just marked my room cleaned on paper or just mentioned that I didn't allow them to enter when in actuality I would be in my office or not in the room. Overall, I would say, a nice place to stay with all amenities, if they could only improve how the people working at Revo, behave with guests staying at Revo. But again, there are people like Alberto, Alessio, and other staff in the restaurant, who are just amazing at what they do, good to talk to, and helpful.

Il personale della reception è stato molto bello, ma purtroppo troppo sotto pressione, perché molte persone stanno aspettando un check-in e sono solo due persone. La colazione è stata buona, ma molte cose sono già prese via perché molte persone e il personale dell'hotel non riempie di nuovo. Un altro problema è la stagione calda è che le camere sono senza aria condizionata.

Ho soggiornato con degli amici per una sola notte in questo hotel un po' fuori Monaco per partecipare all'oktoberfest. Struttura ben tenuta con camere moderne e letti comodissimi. Nulla da eccepire sulla qualità del sonno (l'albergo è praticamente in mezzo ad un centro commerciale ed ovviamente ad una certa ora i negozi sono tutti chiusi). Anche il bagno è moderno e ben tenuto. Anche la colazione soddisfa sia i palati che desiderano il dolce, sia il salato ed anch'esso è di buona qualità. Dall'albergo si raggiunge il centro tramite bus e metropolitana, ma è veramente semplice utilizzare i mezzi pubblici. Nel nostro caso all'andata (erano circa le 14.00) l'albergo ci ha messo a disposizione una navetta che ci ha accompagnato fino alla stazione della metropolitana per raggiungere il ”Wiesn”, ma al ritorno ci siamo arrangiati ed è stato facile. Nota dolente è un po' il prezzo, un po' alto, ma secondo dovuto alla manifestazione, ma anche il personale della reception che non si è dimostrato del tutto amichevole e non ha assecondato tutte le nostre richieste. La struttura rimane comunque molto valida.

Ottimo hotel, con personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo soggiornato in una family room molto carina e pulita. Il plus sta senza altro nel prezzo e nella posizione comodissima alla metro e al centro commerciale, davvero bello. Colazione buona e per tutti i gusti, e per ultimo un materasso meraviglioso per dormire! Si può parcheggiare lungo la strada e lasciare l auto tranquille te, senza metterla nella rimessa, che comunque non è compresa nel prezzo. Ritorneremo di sicuro

Siamo stati in questo albergo per passare la notte soltanto, essendo stati a Monaco all’ Oktoberfest avevamo bisogno per passare la notte. Avendo programmato tutto, avevo visto che dalla festa facendo due semplici scambi tra metro e treno in mezz’ora sei lì, proprio davanti alla fermata. L’accoglienza è stata molto gentile, personale che parla italiano e quindi già questo credo segni un bel punto. La stanza molto easy, ma comunque pulita, bagno ottimo, un letto un tavolino per appoggiare i propri effetti , e poi Wi-Fi e tv. La colazione è possibile farla, noi non abbiamo potuto farla perché siamo dovuti scappare presto alle 7:30 perché avevamo il treno. Il prezzo a parere mio è un po’ caro anche se comunque il più economico, quelli in centro improponibili. Comunque tutto sommato rapporto qualità/prezzo nella norma, c’è di peggio a di più.

La stanza è moderna, pulita e carina. Molto comodo in cui soggiornare. Ci sono molti servizi e la hall è carina. Il personale era gentile.

The rooms are advertised as apart-hotel rooms for longer stays, but they are small and they mostly just traded a proper size wardrobe for a space for a kitchen sink and a microwave. The website says ”Kitchenette” but you can't really cook anything... Also, no dish soap or sponge is provided, and you have to grab plates and cutleries yourself from the restaurant area downstairs. This could easily be fixed. Also the website says there is a desk but there really isn't. What you get is a small coffee table with a low seat. Impossible to seat and expect to work comfortably on it. No laundry service or washing machines available in the hotel either. The receptionist pointed me to the mall to clean my clothes, which is very far if you don't have a car. They should at least have a partnership with external laundry service and organize pickups... Other than that, the staff was super friendly and professional. Nice hotel design, clean and good breakfast too. So I would recommend the place only for short stays.

Un buon hotel, rinnovato in parte recentemente , camere standard confortevoli e ben pulite , la nostra aveva la doccia nella vasca da bagno . Per chi ama girare, la metropolitana è a circa a 400 metri e ti porta in centro città in un quarto d'ora.

I booked this hostel last minute, and I've never stayed in a hostel before, so I can't really compare it to other places. Despite reading reviews on Hostelworld about the single rooms being hot, I have no complaints about the room. I stayed in Munich when the temperature had a low of 20 Celcius and a high of 30. I had no issues with the room. I did have a large fan on in the room, which kept it cool. My room also had its own balcony and I sat outside to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Perfect for those who love their own space or couple. My only gripe was that the WiFi was slow at times, so I couldn't even search the website to test internet speed. I had a data roaming plan, so this wasn't that big of an issue. I would stay here again if I'm back in Munich. A Lidl at the end of the street and the Train station is a 2-minute walk away. It couldn't get better.
