Everything was nice conveniently located to downtown, breakfast was very good, just need to fix dryers for guest laundry.

Paid for non-smoking room and was put in one that reeked of cigarette smoke. Hinges of all doors squeaked horribly. Fluid master in toilet broken so toilet kept re-filling.

The friendly staff, clean room, and comfortable beds. Easy access to plug in for all the electronics that need charged. One of the best breakfasts we’ve had on our month road trip. Appreciate the coffee in the room. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel offers a clean well kept facility and gives you good value for your money. I’ve stayed here many nights over the last several years and the latest renovation really looks good.

At first glance, it looked like it wasn’t going to be nice, but, the room they gave us was very, nicely, decorated , clean, and we could tell they were improving the look of the property. Very impressed with the plumbing, too. Best flushing toilet reward goes to whomever plumber put that in. LOL!! We were only there for one night, but we got the rest we needed and they had waffles( that’s a must!) for breakfast. My wife had a leg injury and needed an elevator, otherwise, this place would get 5 stars considering it’s still being, remodeled.

This location does not have a elevator, or luggage carts. (Said they had been stolen) some of the rooms have sliding glass doors to parking lot. Very old locks on doors and carpet had old food on it. If you are traveling stay at a different place!!

My family has come to think of our stays with this hotel as coming home. They treat us like family and are glad to see us. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. If you are passing through ElDorado, AR and need a place to stay..... come on home!

I normally would not write a bad review, but feel like other people need to know about the condition of the hotel. Property was dirty, carpet stained, parking lot full of trash. Surprised by condition of property after seeing the rating online. Would not have picked this place to stay otherwise.

While the room was clean and the personnel were very nice and friendly, we were shocked at the filthy carpets in the commons areas. There were obliviously food stains, spills etc not just in one area but all down the halls, in the lobby-all commons areas!
