This is my 3rd visit to this city after 3 years. New look of this city surprised me with new hotels in this city. Last time i booked Maya Hotel for my stay and my experience was good with that hotel. But when i entered in the city i saw a new hotel on the road that is Parth Hotel. Amezing look from outside. Modern look so we decided to book the hotel and experience the stay here in this property. When we went inside the hotel the look is not so good like ordinary look. Basic things are missing. Reception staff not much educated, guest handling skills not so good. Just smiling and trying to flirt with me and my wife she took over the booking. When she used her anger to that reception girl she called the manager and he is also started supporting her and misbehave with my wife. After that both of them sent another reception staff to handle us and started flirting with each other manger touching the reception girl in front of guests which looks very awkward. Then we decided not to check-in here in this hotel because first impressions is the last impression. We decided to book our room in Maya Hotel because that hotel much batter from Parth Hotel. No professional behaviour. Bad experience 😞

Very Bad experience with this hotel.. Rooms was not clean. Reception staff was very rude.. Food quality was pathetic.. terrible experience with this hotel. Food teast not so good. Reception staff fighting with each other for some reason in front of guest. Reception manager also enjoying the fight and was smiling. No body was caring about the guest is just sitting near to them and listening everything... Bad experience

Best hotel in the City. I have visited Una for an offical visit and seen this new hotel. Rooms are well designed and fitted with all morden facilities. Food taste is also very good. Staff is very helpful and polite. I wishes them best of luck...

Never expected the extraordinary service in India like we got in Parth Hotel, Himachal, India. Service in this Hotel changed my mindset about Indian hotel that we can get the best service in India like in other countries. Awesome and very supportive staff. Indian food I love the most, so delicious I can feel the teast of that food quality till now. So clean room and best environment with peace. I decided to whenever we travel to India again in future we will stay in Parth Hotel. Thank you Hotel Parth.

PRESIDENTIAL SUITE IT SAID ON THE DOOR 208,ROOM FACES THE BACK OF THE HOTEL ONTO FARM FIELDS ETC.COMFORTABLE ACCOMODATION.ROOM SERVICE BY ANU WAS EXCELLENT,BUT THE GUY WHO TOOK MY BREAKFAS ODER EVERY MORNING GOT IT WRONG AS HE HAS A FAT BRAIN AND DOES NOT LISTEN.RECEPTION TWO GIRLS MINNU AND DAISEY NO HOTEL EXPERIENCE BUT DO MANAGE TO GET THE JOB DONE SO HOW.THERE WiFi SYSTEM VERY POOR AND SHOW NO CONCERN FOR THE RESIDENT STAYING AND THEY WANT YOU TO PAY FOR T.V CHANNELS TO WATCH WHEN STAYING IN THE PRESIDENTIAL SUITE ,THEY FOUND IT A HARD SHIP TO PART WITH 299.00 RUPEES FOR A MONTH SUBSCRIPTION.HOTEL OWNED BY A DOCTOR/SURGEON AS A HOBBY PAST TIME.FREE PARKING,RESTAURANT AVERAGE,BREAKFAST WELL GOOD LUCK.
