Mvula family stayed at Shoes Guest House 2 and had an absolutely great time. The staff were supper helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean, an overall great experience. This is my go to guesthouse when i am in Mthatha

Hospitality👌👌👌Customer service is excellent at Shoes Guest house... Where do I start🤦♂️I 1st spoke to the owner without knowing who I was talking to... Mhhhh from the word go I felt so welcomed... I got to the premises... THE MANAGER👌👌👌💓she has an outstanding customer consideration if that's the good English... Thank you ladies! 🙏🏾The place should be rated a 5STAR...cleanliness... Atmosphere... You feel so welcomed, so secured... PEACE AND QUIETNESS! In your room you get everything that you require when you are away from home... I usually have to go and borrow Iron when I go out @👠👡EVERYTHING IS READILY AVAILABLE... ASSISTANCE WHEN YOU NEED TO ORDER YOUR MEAL.... ALL IN ALL.... ***YOUR OVERALL SERVICE IS BEYOND!!! See you next time when I'm in Mthatha***yhuuuu almost forgotten something.... I checked out @13:00 instead of 11am...REQUEST...REQUEST...COMMUNICATION IS VITAL @👠👠 guest house***

The place is always clean and quiet, there is a security guard in the evening so you can feel even safer. I used the place twice and I highly recommend it. It is close to all the shops, WIFI was also very good.

Very pleasant stay we had at this guest house. Check in went smoothly, we arrived in the evening at almost 20h00 but we met a very warm and friendly Bongi. The staff is very helpful, timely attended to our requests. Rooms are clean and spacious. Overall great stay we had.

The lady from shoes 1 was not very welcoming, instead made a mock of us being lost after trying to communicate with no luck of response from anyone from the guest house. I think you guys can try check in a day before or on the day your guests arrived to see if they have all the directions and any info needed. I loved how at shoes 2 the ladies there made us feel at home instantly, thank you so much for making us relax and we emediately felt the warmth. Siyabonga

It was a warm welcome and value for money. i felt safe as I managed to jog in the morning. My car was parked in a safe area. They were flexible on the checkout time without additional payment. I even extended my stay by 1 more night.
