Questo hotel ha una struttura standard con un prezzo economico. Tuttavia, il loro servizio non è buono come altri hotel della rete di hotel horison. Quando ho fatto il check-in, non c'era nessuno staff dell'hotel in attesa nella hall della reception. Non c'erano pantofole nella mia stanza, l'ho richiesto molte volte ma promettono solo di soddisfarlo. Alla fine dei giorni, ho rinunciato a questa richiesta. Quindi poco professionale.

Pulito e fresco, perché tutte le tipologie di camere sono per non fumatori. Purtroppo non è possibile effettuare il check-in anticipato. Ma quando l'addetto alla reception ci ha visto lavorare da casa nella lounge. Possiamo effettuare il check-in alle 13.30 WIB.

Maybe clientele is a bit different with tour buses. Breakfast is stale. Towel whiteness is 6 out of 10

the room is ok but not sound proof, if you just want to sleep here for one night compare to the price this one is just ok. Its spacious ☺️

Bagus and worrted banget

Honestly a good budget hotel especially in a tourism place like yogyakarta where hotels are more expensive. The room itself has a mini long couch which is really nice.

The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs were kind and friendly. The breakfast has many menu varieties.

It is located at nice location. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was superb. It was value for money and comfort. Except floor some noise.

Stay for two night at this hotel. Staffs were great. The room is not big, but enough. The cleanliness of the room was below expectation. There were stains on the bedsheet, and they didn't change the bedsheet for the next day. The sink was dirty, they didn't clean it enough. There were black spots in the sink that could easily come off if they rub it with sponge.

Nice place. Dirty toilet. ac is not cold. I was forced to change rooms and there was no apology from the hotel. even after moving the bathroom still had lots of stains on the bed. I hope there is a fix soon. tilted television. there are no good standards.

Good location, but if you want to get extra pillow you have to pay more 🤔

The personal were very nice and willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was not internacional.
