The road to the hotel was quite narrow with poor conditions, making the journey a bit uncomfortable. The stay itself was average, and there wasn't much to do in the surrounding area. Overall, not the best experience.

We have paid full amount for 2 days but still we have not stayed in the hotel because we are only one family checked-in and hotel was inside from the main road and door was also not getting locked so my family got scared so safety point of view we decided not to stay.

The place is good isolated from main road and near to beach and has quite good indoor games to play.

Over all experience is good. Rooms are spacious, staff is polite. Management needs to work on the washrooms.

It was a good experience the rooms were comfortable and the amenities were also good. The swimming pool was clean as well.

Rooms are very good. Good for kids. Room service is fast. Basic service brush toothpaste not provided. Need to ask. Need to improve

Expected family like treatment as there were only bookings for families. However, received NIL and heartless behaviour by all staff. Booking was done for 4, including 3 adults & 1 kid, and everything was mentioned during booking, however hotel people were not prepared for the same and we had to ask & remind them for everything, including drinking water in the room (comprising of just 2 half litre bottles for 4 guests). Sad food quality, broken stairs in swimming pool, broken cue stick of pool table, broken arrows of game etc. And the worst part is the way to reach to the property - about 300 metre narrowest lane without road, full of stones and dust.

Overall, it was good, but i found it a bit difficult to get to the hotel as the road was too narrow and dark at the night time
