LeoPalace Resort Guam

We stayed here to golf. And the only entertainment they have is pretty much golf… Andy maybe a nice fitness gym. The gym actually not a hotel gym, it’s actually a full functioning gym, although old. The hotel is massive but mostly empty, and really old. It felt like a ******* mansion especially there is almost no hotel staff. The rooms are spacious and have a really nice bath tub, beds are comfy and overall clean. The room has a mini fridge but it works like an icebox so you actually need to put ice in it to keep it cold inside. The service was what I had the most problem with. Not only are they not friendly, they had a condescending tone and just lacked courtesy. This actually apply to the Japanese staff and the local English speaking staff were hospitable and lovely. I’ve noticed it’s the Japanese hotel manager that brings out this culture and I was highly disappointed. I’ve stayed in many hotels but this was probably one of the worst service. It’s located far from downtown and the beach, but if you’re just going for golf and want to relax in the green, this might be the the right place for you.

Overall disappointed i have to say Christmas family holiday, book the room long time ago, y pay 250usd night and seriously the room was dirty, not equipped at all and overall outdoor building looks hold and refreshment Y have a balcony and no chairs and table to enjoy it, y ask for 2 more chairs to make sure y can have family dinner and they tell y sorry no chairs available and we are not talking about a 20 rooms hotel No room clean up unless y ask basically Service in general average, only 1 restaurant open for lunch Overall staff pleasant but not trained enough So if was paying 100 night i would say ok but 250 seriously disappointed! Best is the pool top for kids That is the reason i picked the hotel and at least my boys had a lot of fun.

From the hotel grounds, it Looks as if the place was meant to be a major resort for the Marianas but failed to bring in the clientele. It reminds me of those old run down ski lodges and slopes at Big Bear hug trout the snow. The rooms have a 1970s ish look and feel with lime green accents. It's just missing shag carpet. It's way way way far from everything interesting to do on Guam.
