Problem checking in took about 40minutes but I think this was trip.com fault as wanted payment when I clearly showed it fully paid before hand.
The place was clean and seemed new self check in machines not working and staff looked over worked and stressed.
Breakfast was terrible as compared to other chains under cooked food and to be fair other guests being too greedy and taking all the breakfast items.

Comfortable bed and clean room, can’t comment on food/drink because we didn’t have anything there. Plenty of parking. Our room did smell a bit of drains - there was a lorry emptying drains outside when we arrived so not sure if it was to do with that! Don’t like that the windows don’t open and the air con only goes down to 19 degs. .We just left the keys on reception because there was no staff about at all.

Stayed with friends at Ulverston Premier Inn, as attending an event in town. So impressed with the hotel room, service, cleanliness & breakfast - eggs cooked to order! The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was perfect. We would highly recommend.

Stopped overnight unbelievably great value lovely quite room lovely view spotlessly clean friendly polite staff very welcoming,the breakfast wonderful cooked to order piping hot staff can’t do enough excellent service a credit to premier inns very well done certainly going back

Very relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, food was delicious. Staff were pleasant and helpful, room was spacious. Many thanks to David & Helen for looking after our needs every morning at breakfast. Service with a smile... thankyou.

Without doubt the best Premier Inn we have stayed in. It helps massively that it's a modern building, so everything is spotless and clean (especially the bathroom - so much nicer than previous ones) Parking is easy, loads of it and has electric car chargers, which was handy for us. Staff also lovely and can't do enough for you. Its a good base for Windermere, as its only about a 25 minute drive. Will definitely be back!

The TV ads tell you that you won’t get a better night’s sleep. That’s pretty much true as the beds are extremely comfortable. The restaurant served good food and the coffee at breakfast was lovely. The staff were all so patient, friendly and accommodating making it a really comfortable stay. We came up from Essex for my wife’s brother’s 60th in Dalton, and are having a wonderful time here.

This was the second time I have stayed here, and was delighted with the service and cleanliness once again. The team are friendly and engaged, and the service ticked all the boxes. The food was prompt and well presented / hot etc. Shall definitely return.
