It was very dirty! The lighting is very dark which make the room feel creepy. The toilet don’t even have a sink. The water heater was broken and when we ask for another room with a water heater, the hotel staff tell us all water heater was broken! The bathroom shower head was also broken and the bathroom floor is dirty as there are leftovers left on the toilet floor and did not be cleaned! The wall was very old and dirty look. The blanket is very dirty and very thin. The water serving outside was also broken with no hot water provided. Then, the hotel staff was smoking all the time and make the hotel corridor and room with the smoke smell! The service was also bad. Not worth at all with RM90+ with 2 person room!!!

Kepada: Trip.com Malaysia 16 September 2024 Perkara: Aduan mengenai keadaan bilik yang tidak memuaskan Saya, **************************, merupakan pelanggan yang telah menginap di hotel anda pada 14 September 2024 dengan tempahan untuk check-out pada 16 September 2024. Malangnya, saya terpaksa membuat keputusan untuk check-out lebih awal pada 15 September 2024 disebabkan beberapa masalah serius yang telah saya hadapi sepanjang tempoh penginapan saya di bilik yang disediakan. Antara masalah-masalah yang saya hadapi adalah seperti berikut: 1.Kebersihan bilik yang teruk – Bilik yang saya check-in tidak dicuci dengan sempurna dan kelihatan kotor. 2.Bau hapak dan busuk – Terdapat bau yang tidak menyenangkan yang memenuhi bilik sepanjang penginapan saya. 3.Kehadiran serangga – Saya mendapati terdapat serangga seperti lipas, serangga kecil, dan cicak berkeliaran di dalam bilik. Terdapat juga tahi cicak yang menambahkan lagi keadaan bilik yang menjijikkan. 4. Masalah tandas – Tangki simbah tidak berfungsi, dan saya terpaksa menyimbah air sendiri dn menyusahkan. 5. Alat pemanas air yang rosak – Pemanas air di dalam bilik mandi juga tidak berfungsi. Saya telah cuba untuk menghubungi pihak hotel dan memohon supaya bilik saya ditukarkan, namun permintaan saya tidak diendahkan. Ini menyebabkan ketidakselesaan yang amat besar sepanjang penginapan saya di hotel anda. Sehubungan itu, saya memohon agar pihak hotel memulangkan wang sewa penginapan bagi tempoh 15 September 2024 hingga 16 September 2024 yang telah dibayar iaitu sebanyak RM168.64 untuk satu malam kerana saya tidak dapat menikmati perkhidmatan penginapan yang sepatutnya. Tv ada tapi tak boleh tengok sebab bateri remote takde.penutup tempat flush toilet takde, toilet bau busuk, pintu toilet kotor.masuk nak check in bau hapak.not recommend at all..kat website je cantik.

First and last booking this hotel 15/6/24 - 17/6/24 - Pengurusan teruk. Receiptions salah bagi bilik. - Alihkan barang peribadi customer tanpa pengetahuan. Padahal kami dah letak nombor pada receipt booking untuk mudahkan dihubungi. - Kemudahan perihal air sepatutnya tiada alasan owner katakan air tak ada. Customer bayar untuk semua kemudahan yang disediakan , so sepatutnya pengurusan perlu peka dengan masalah tu sebelum offer bilik pada customer. Ini tidak, kita yang kena cari stesen minyak untuk verak kencing, mandi 🙁

Keadaan bilik yg sangat teruk, bed sheet, wall and toilet kotor, shower head and pintu bilik air tercabut, bilik ada lipas, lampau yg malap, tv tiada siaran. Sangat memalukan dan tidak berbaloi.
