The staff are friendly.I can early check in on normal days, so no need to drop luggage at the lobby.After you check in, the room is clean and amenities are prepared for customers. But the lock of the door looks inoperable, I have to put my camera detector as my alarm there. The breakfast is satisfied and we also get free 4 tickets to hot springs night park.Overall is not bad ,keep it up.

Location wise It is close to lost world theme park by walking distance. Overall amenities and cleanliness is up to hotel standard. Car parking is convenient. Customer service response to be improve via WhatsApp. I wish to receive practical response when I have question. The auto reply correspondence message is annoying.

Beautiful house and very clean. Clear check in and out instruction. Very responsive host. I love their bed, it is really comfortable. Spacious living hall. Best part, they provide Netflix! Bonus point, free wide visitors parking.

room and location was good. tv app channels cannot be watched. prior to the arrival, information to get the entry cards was received via whatsapp in advance. Also informed that we will reach at night, approx 10pm. However, upon arrival, wrong mailbox lock passcode was provided, unable to get prompt response from customer service on whatsapp calls and messages. Had to find other accessible numbers to contact others from IWH for help. After the over 30 mins' ordeal of trying to get the access cards (car park and apartment), couldn't find the parking lot number assigned for the unit on the informed carpark level. found out the CS has informed the wrong parking lot level and it is actually 1 level lower. hope the support can be better to avoid similar situations like this again.

La stanza era molto grande con una cucina, un'area seduta e un balcone. La vista dal balcone era fantastica! Una colazione eccellente si diffuse, e il personale era molto attento. Non vicino al centro della città o alle grotte popolari (circa 20 minuti di auto), ma può chiamare Grab facilmente.

There wasn’t anyone to attend us when we arrived at the lobby, have to wait for quite a while for the receptionist to come out. We booked the water villa that comes with hot spring and pool but both were pretty dirty. Have to get the cleaner to come and clean before we use it. One of the Indian pregnant staff at the reception wasn’t very friendly when we requested the buggy services to go back to our room. Overall the ambience was great but the services definitely have room for improvement.

Satisfied with level of cleanliness but can be improved. Some parts showing aging signs like walls are peeling, got cracks on the toilet bowl. Staff was friendly. Check in process was smooth. Staff explained and reminded to pay for parking through apps since it's public parking. Since hotel provided electric kettle, it would be nice if they could provide mugs as well.
