"Very good service by Sunway staffs, all smiles and patience and friendly with kids. My son is very happy from enjoying this Lost world zoo trip! 5 stars You can only check in after 3pm due to their small amount of rooms, so DO NOT come earlier! But the staff are really good to call me when room is ready so I really appreciate that. The location is also very good if you are planning to go Lost World, but other than that it is a pain in the ass to travel to old town or central area of Ipoh for good food, just secluded area. Prebook Jeff Cellar since it's in the same area if you want high end but good food. Sunway should not only sell their own products (white label) but also should include things outside like chips or medicine. Not really convenient when all the ground floor of hotel / inside Lost World doesn't have midnight snacks that isn't Sunway branded 😂"

"Overall was a great experience, easy check-in, near Lost World, requested extra towels and provided earlier than expected. Responsive reply from home stay management. The only down part was unexpected blackout ard 10am, we checked out earlier."

"My all time place to stay whenever I drop by tambun ...quite silent place ...nice hotel even it's budget ...near to a restaurant halal ... Until midnight have some food to eat ... The staff so nice polite and helpful ...seems my first room 105 ground floor have some water dripping... Quick action change the room ... Highly recommend hotel for travellers"

Il servizio dell’ospite era eccellente dall’inizio, sempre rispondente e utile con qualsiasi domanda. Quello che mi ha davvero colpito è come l'ospite abbia gestito una situazione in cui ho lasciato accidentalmente un oggetto personale dopo l'uscita. La loro risposta immediata, una comunicazione chiara e lo sforzo che hanno fatto per localizzare e organizzare il ritorno dell'articolo hanno mostrato grande professionalità e vera cura. "The hotel was in a nice location. Lots of food near by. Has a private carpark which was a good plus. The room was spacious for 1 person. Toilet was clean and Had hot showers too. Just the wifi was not very reliable. Otherwise happy with my stay."
