"Will recommend this hotel to friends who can enjoy city walks. It's located in a quiet and peaceful residence, very close to the UTS. Chinatown, Hay's Market, ICC theater, Darling Harbour and the central station are all within 1km walking distance. If take the light rail train from Hey's market, the most famous interested places in the city can be reached easily. Room is clean and big, with a balcony surrounded by trees. The staff are all friendly and helpful!"

"Grande prezzo e posizione vicino alla zona Haymarket e Darling Harbour. La distanza di cammino facile ci ha portato meno di 10 minuti a Chinatown. Hotel è stato bellissimo designato, letto molto confortevole e pulito. La colazione include uova scrambled, bacon, feci bagnati, toast, cereali, frutta, yogurt e pasticceria. OJ, tè e caffè istantaneo. Perfetto! Il parcheggio è stato a 1 minuto a piedi e $25 per 24 ore durante il fine settimana con un sacco di spazio disponibile - non sicuramente se è più in giorni di settimana. Certamente rimborserò."

The location is close to a light rail station, a quaint, old-style small inn. However, be mindful that as an old-style inn, there is no elevator. There is also no reception desk; guests need to check in at the small tavern next to the entrance. The rooms maintain some old-style decorations, providing a rustic and pastoral feel without being too run-down. Each room has a private bathroom, which is clean, and overall the stay is comfortable with an old-world charm. However, the small tavern by the entrance, although quite distinctive, was found to have small cockroaches, which was off-putting. The friends at the bar are very warm, making me deeply feel the enthusiasm and welcoming nature of Australians."

"Location is the best, very convenient to find supermarkets, restaurants and ice cream shops! Room cleaners standard varies, some day you got a milk replenished, some day not; one of the day they even forgot to clean our room…we found out at night when we returned to hotel after a full day tour…But overall still recommend this hotel as the location is really good."

"When looking for a Hotel close to the center and to a major station, this one came up as the overall winner when considering price, location, and facilities. We booked two rooms, and the staff was immediately very helpful and responsive. In fact, I asked about a late check-in (after closing time) and I had an immediate, positive reply. This was confirmed at the check-in. The facilities are a bit what you would expect. Everything is reasonably clean, but the carpet and furniture are a bit old. The bed was ok, yet, I noticed that the fitted sheet did not reach the bottom of the mattress, which I found really bizarre. The room was overall quiet, although it had no windows, thin walls, and part of the roof looked like it was letting some light through. Also, I disconnected the fridge to keep it quieter. A kettle with some coffee and tea were provided, and some food from the previous guest was in the fridge. As many have mentioned, I did not see an actual breakfast buffet. For this reason, I preferred having breakfast in one of the cafés around the area. Finally, it does not seem that the room was cleaned after our first night, but I read that room service has to be requested, and we did not need it. All things considered, my family and I had a good stay. For sure, it feels like we spent a lot for what we got, but this seems more due to the area than anything else."
