"Il contenuto e la situazione reale dell'hotel sono fondamentalmente coerenti, un hotel molto costoso.Il personale di servizio è molto atteggiato, il colazione dell'hotel è molto ricco e offre anche posti liberi ai fumatori. Il costo dell'autobus dell'aeroporto 80 yuan / seconda moneta norvegese non dovrebbe essere costoso."

"I reach hotel late around 1am. Manage to check in as the reception is still open. The hotel staff told me their system is down but still let me check in. I quickly went to sleep after a quick wash up as I am tired.
To my disbelief, around 3am someone manage to open my hotel door and was talking in a language that I unfortunately don’t understand. I got so traumatized and I shout loudly and the guy close the door.
I suspect that due to system down that the hotel somehow allocate my room to another guest which caused the confusion. I was really tired during that midnight incident and decide to just sleep over it. The next day I have to catch a 8am train hence I don’t have time to clarify with the hotel. I only inform the front desk."

"It’s a bit confusing when you out of the airport. They have red and blue. Blue you need to walk 8min away on left side when out airport. As I go time is end oct. The aircon is set up like fan blow only just I you will feel hot when you inside. Thought it might cool down when I back, but when I back time 5-6 hour time. The room still when feel cold. As I scare of hot. Only feel good is near airport as we have an early flight."

"Some misfortune and issues.
Booking of a superior room for 1 adult and 2 kids on trip.com with king size bed, they said.
Flight scheduled on sunday around 8h something
When entering the room 4016, very far from the lift, there was only 2 single beds and a sofa not prepared.
The front desk moved us to 4440, very close to the lift, family room, clean except some Stains on the kids mattress (the one on the upstairs bunk bed), no kettle for tea.....no king size bed and very noisy (kids from the side or anywhere but you Can hear jumping, the voices....until midnight) and noise from the airplanes.
But the breakfast could change everything....but on a sunday, before 07h, there is a pre breakfast, but nothing hot meal like eggs and bacon. It was good quality and sufficient for me, but not exceptional like in an other nearby hôtel in the same Timing conditions. Even After 07h00, hot meal would have been better but not exceptional like.....
7/10 for the rate, a little bit disappointed and 6,5/10 for the breakfast.

"È tutto fantastico. È abbastanza comodo prendere il bus navetta per raggiungere l'hotel, circa 8 euro a persona. Il servizio è davvero buono, il cibo è eccezionale e la vista intorno all'hotel è meravigliosa.
Un'esperienza di alloggio molto positiva, il personale è cordiale, il bus navetta è molto comodo, la colazione è molto appetitosa e anche il paesaggio circostante è fantastico."

I believe I hD paid £54 to cover I ward and outward costs but was told it was not. So had to pay 700 kroner for 2 bags can you clarify.

При заселении изначально нам дали неубранный номер, при обращении на ресепшен заменили номер, но пришлось ждать заново очередь.

LLINGINBOÈ tutto fantastico. È abbastanza comodo prendere il bus navetta per raggiungere l'hotel, circa 8 euro a persona. Il servizio è davvero buono, il cibo è eccezionale e la vista intorno all'hotel è meravigliosa.
Un'esperienza di alloggio molto positiva, il personale è cordiale, il bus navetta è molto comodo, la colazione è molto appetitosa e anche il paesaggio circostante è fantastico.

RRichardQin入住非常不順。酒店沒有提前發入住辦法，到了現場催，結果發來的方式不可用，無法打卡連結取鑰匙，反覆折騰，現場無人，也沒人幫助，浪費了約一個小時才取得了鑰匙。
取到鑰匙後，更大的問題來了，找不到房間在哪，反覆詢問每個路人，也詢問客服，浪費了又接近一個小時，才找到房間（原因是標識不清楚，或者有誤），這時已經精疲力竭了。
