"Che mi piaceva: -aggiornamento gratuito da 2 camere da letto a 3 camere da letto con bagno extra - Corte di tennis e Corte di squash. -bagno grande - Sala pulita che non mi piaceva -letti di letto non impostati -forno e forno non lavorati - vuoto non abbastanza spesso per l'inverno, perché il riscaldamento dal soggiorno non raggiunge le camere."

"Horrific service, waited for 30 minutes to finally get into someone to let me in, during business hours! Key barely worked the whole duration, power cut in and out, room wasn’t cleaned during the whole stay, towels changed over once.  Tried to call multiple times to tell them about the power issue and could never get through to anyone!"
