Hotel in zona Uvs Nuur Basin, Ulan Bator

Il posto era pulito e buona alloggio. Amo l'hotel e la sua decorazione insieme alla zona per rilassarsi e godere del colazione. È davvero piacevole il colazione e il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Mi piacerebbe consigliare questo posto.

L'hotel si trova nel segmento di prezzo più basso. Camere con buon mobilio, ma gli investimenti e la buona gestione dell'hotel sono visibili. Cari proprietari di alberghi, si consiglia di prestare attenzione soprattutto a: asciugamani soffocati nelle stanze, lavoro di piume nelle tolette, crane difettose nei bagni e nei bagni, e anche di pensare al concetto, di attrarre un buon manager, di fare l'automazione. This hotel does not meet the standards of other Kempinskis. My family and I travel a lot, like A LOT, and we've been to many Kempinski hotels. The problems started with our booking, which we made directly through the hotels' website (not a 3rd party). The booking states a 12:00 check in, but the hotel told us this was a mistake and their check in time is 2:00 pm. They allowed us to check in at noon without a fee, but it took series of emails in advance. We also booked the breakfast meal package through the website. On our first morning in the breakfast lounge, we were told we didn't get breakfast because we didn't have the meal package. Once again, I had to pull out my reservation receipt and prove (in front of other guests) that we had paid for the breakfast. They of course accepted the receipt and realized they made an error, but it was another hassle we shouldn't have had to deal with. The day before our departure, we requested the hotel have a cab ready for us to catch our early flight (we needed to leave the hotel around 3:30 am). The young man behind the desk indicated he would do so and that we could expect a 100,000 tugrik (about 29.00 USD) flat rate for the taxi ride (this is also what we paid to get to the hotel). After spending the day on the town, buying souvenirs, and spending our local currency (but saving taxi money), we returned to the hotel. I double checked with a different guy at the desk that we would have a taxi waiting for us. Afterall, as the evening Front Desk Receptionist, it would be his job to call the taxi company. It was good I double checked, because the other guy hadn't taken action and hadn't passed along the request. Moreover, when the taxi arrived in the wee hours of the morning, we were told by the Front Desk Receptionist that it was actually a 200,000 tugrik charge (double!). We were also told the first ”receptionist” we had spoken to earlier in the day was actually a Bell Hop and we were informed that he wasn't even supposed to be working behind the counter. As a result, we had no choice but to withdraw additional local currency (taxi couldn't take a card) from the hotel Front Desk (for a nice fee) in order to pay the taxi. What's particularly irksome is that we had plenty of cash which we would have saved if we had simply been told the correct amount. There were other issues, but this review is already lengthy... Overall, we had a less than stellar experience at this Kempinski. If you're going to Ulaanbaatar, I'd recommend you stay elsewhere. If we ever go back we'll probably stay at the Shangri-la. It's closer to the airport as well as the heart of the city.

Il soggiorno era medio. Il personale del dipartimento frontale parla bene inglese. Ho visitato alla fine di gennaio. La stanza era troppo calda per il mio piacere, quindi il mio sonno non era troppo buono. Il condizionamento dell'aria non funziona in inverno e la riduzione della temperatura richiede per sempre. La cosa che non mi piaceva e che la mia notte di notte ha rovinato i miei piani, quando ho organizzato un incontro, era che il colazione che doveva iniziare alle 7 era di 30 minuti di ritardo. Se dite alle persone che è a partire dalle 7:00, per favore, siate d’accordo. Non c'è nessun altro denunciante.Forse è solo l'odore di carbone in tutta la città, così anche nelle stanze, ma credo sia solo me, un visitatore che non è usato per farlo.

Hotel molto pulito e gentile. Personale politico. Colazione molto buona. Situato sull'autostrada all'aeroporto di UlaanBaatar. Mi piaceva questo hotel e rimarrei sempre lì. Il prezzo è adeguato e molto appropriato.

Le camere sono eccellenti con grandi bagni. Il cibo è molto delizioso con buon servizio in camera, fino a mezzanotte con una splendida selezione. Anche se la stanza era di buona dimensione e pulita, il condizionatore d'aria o il ventilatore mi teneva sveglio tutta la notte, entrambi i giorni che sono rimasto lì. Ho chiesto servizio in camera, hanno detto che qualcuno sarebbe venuto a cercare di andare fuori, ma purtroppo non l'hanno mai fatto, quindi non potevo dormire ogni volta - per i dormitori leggeri come me, questo potrebbe essere un problema . DON’T BE TRICKED LIKE I WAS The listing says it is a 6 minute drive from Chinggis Khan airport, but it in fact is a 30 minute drive. It is very close to the OLD airport which is not in use anymore. They offer free airport pickup, but we stayed the night before our flight so we did not need pickup, we needed drop off. Even though we didn’t use the free pickup service, we still had to pay $25 USD for airport dropoff. I had emailed the property twice during the week leading up to our stay to ask about drop off service and never got a reply. Also, there is a lack of communication between the staff- When we arrived at the property we had to call 3 times before they finally came to meet us to get our bags, then there was confusion about what room we were supposed to get and we were taken to 3 different rooms before it was the right one. The second one we had already settled in and had a shower before they came and told us it was the wrong room. We didn’t have a car so we walked around the area to find food and there were little to no restaurants, and only a couple of very small markets, so we ended up having to order food from the property restaurant. Every room is different as we discovered from being taken to 3 different rooms. They are verrrry spacious but some are definitely in better condition than others. Fortunately our final room was the best, however there was a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, cook top, plates, but no silverware, no microwave, and no refrigerator. Why would you have a kitchen area and not have a refrigerator and silverware? There also was a washer in unit but no dryer. We didn’t have time to wait for our clothes to air dry during our one night stay so that was also useless. Overall, it was a cheap stay but you get what you pay for.

L'hotel è assolutamente ingiustificato da 4 stelle. Tre e quello con tensione. Il telaio nella stanza è in una terribile condizione, tutti in punti. Il taglio sulle finestre che quando era bianco, grigio. Il numero è piccolo anche per una persona, anche se dichiarato come doppio posto per $85 Non particolarmente benvenuto personale, non partecipante alle richieste e risponde alle frasi di dovere. Nei pressi del centro di Ulan-Bator, si può trovare molto meglio e più economico
