UUtente ospiteOttimo luogo in cui era vicino a molti ristoranti e negozi. Le camere e il bagno erano molto pulite! Le stanze doccia erano molto spaziose! I proprietari erano molto gentili e bello! Mi piace come ci servono colazione ogni mattina. Mi piace anche come hanno una cucina per me se dovessi cucinare il mio cibo! Molti opuscoli turistici per cercare qualcuno che è interessato a fare una gita urbana di Ulan Bator. Hanno anche un palco per esercitare, una TV per guardare, e una chitarra per giocare, sedie e divano per sedersi se un ospite ne aveva bisogno. Sarà più che felice di rimanere in questo hotel di nuovo se ritorno a Ulan Bator!

CCaptain KenZaya is an excellent place to stay in Ulaanbaatar! The facilities are complete (including a fully equipped kitchen), modern, clean, quiet. Everything is maintained and functions well (hot water, heating, lights, etc.) The owners are helpful and friendly. The location is great - walking distance to many museums and other city sights, as well as markets, stores and restaurants.
The Trip location map is accurate, and once getting to the building, you need to find the access door to the 3rd floor (where the Zaya office is located), which is to the right and the back of ”Urban Beats” (see my photos). Also, the entrance has an electronic lock requiring a code or key to enter (as does the entrance door on the 3rd floor). If you did not get the entrance instructions by email (we did not), you should contact the owner via the number provided by Trip. This is also the owner's WhatsApp number.
We enjoyed our time at Zaya and intend to stay again after our foray into the Mongolian outback.
We highly recommend Zaya Hostel.

DDavisI loved this hotel because the staff were so universally friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was just lovely. I had two great meals there. Good value for money too. My one big complaint is the room was way too hot. It was 33°C. The air conditioning didn't work. The only advice I could be given was open the window. The 3 inches it opened. Nothing worked and it did make sleep difficult. Such a shame as it puts me off rebooking for October when I go again. There is an excellent ”Walking Street” opposite the hotel with restaurants and bars, so I'll be sad to change to a different hotel. Fix the room temperature, please!

UUtente ospiteThe standards of this hotel was not befitting of Novotel chain. There was no TV guide & electrical chargers were not set up properly & we had to shift the locations to charge my devices. Room was spacious & quiet expect for several tour groups designated on the same floor as ours which resulted unpeaceful nights. Service quality was acceptable but the management should seriously looked into quality & service standards of this hotel.

Il personale del front desk parla bene inglese, ma non conoscono le opzioni di trasporto per arrivare all'aeroporto, ecc. Le matite di pavimento nel mio bagno sono state rotte e quindi il pavimento si è sentito un po' instabile. In generale, anche se mi sentivo rilassato e confortevole durante il mio soggiorno.

MmitskiMy partner and I recently stayed at Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel in the heart of the city, and we were blown away by our experience. The hotel had an amazing view of Sukhbaatar Square, which was such a treat to wake up to each morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
One of the best parts of our stay was the complimentary breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of tasty options. Our room was also impressively clean and cozy, which made us feel right at home.
There were so many other things we loved about the hotel too. The location was super convenient for exploring the city, with lots of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. And even though the mini bar wasn't fully stocked, it didn't affect our overall experience in any significant way.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the heart of the city.

RRafael OsorioThe Blue Sky hotel is an outstanding but very affordable hotel located in Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia. You can stay two or three nights of your holidays in this place to enjoy all the landmarks and activities around the hotel.
It is a typical city hotel, not bad for the price. The staff are friendly and rooms have all the amenities including air conditioning, free wifi, toiletries, towels, hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo and soap.
The hotel has a spa and indoor swimming pool and the views from the rooms are amazing. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within 10 min or less walking distance.

YypossumThis hotel has everything! There is any and every facility you could want and more you wouldn't even think of in the hotel. There is enough that you could spend your whole trip there. Everyone at the hotel is super nice, helpful, and proactive to make sure you have the best stay there. It is centrally located in Ulaanbaatar so you are close to the main things in the city and surrounded by all types of resources you could need. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are very nice and clean!! 10/10, would highly recommend it if you are traveling to Ulaanbaatar - you will have a great time and a comfortable stay.

Il condizionatore era rotto nella mia stanza e sembrava dirmi che in tutte le stanze erano rotte in qualche modo.O si stava spruzzando l'aria, ma non era freddo o freddo, ma non stava spruzzando, e non poteva cambiare la mia stanza. Quindi mentre faccio la recensione, non puoi ottenere acqua calda nel doccia. È quasi breve, poi si raffredda. Quindi non c'è modo di prendere una doccia lunga o un bagno caldo. C'è una lampada ma è smontata. Perché ci sono solo due uscite accanto l'uno all'altro in un posto. Quando ho sbloccato la TV, ecc, e ho sbloccato la lampada carina, ha sbloccato brevemente i flash della lampada e poi non funziona. La lampada? Oh, e poi il Wi-Fi ha smesso di lavorare e ha detto che era ricominciato quando la qualità della rete si è migliorata, e qualcuno aveva fatto noodles nel pozzo caldo e era parzialmente sgombrato, ma non completamente, così il mio tè (non fornito) ha gusto debolmente di zuppa di pollo. Oltre al Wi-Fi, l'acqua calda (bevande e bagno) e l'aria condizionata era calda e bella. Bagni e asciugamani monogrammi. Un bastone in cuscinetti. In una mattinata si può sentire le fonti, ma sembra che abbiano la stessa mattina ovunque, da hotel a ostelli, per cui non so che siano disponibili buoni, e tutto era pulito, compreso il tappeto, ma ha profumi di fumo. Quindi è come un hotel a quattro stelle e in qualche modo come una casa a buon mercato. E non costoso secondo gli standard americani. Quindi anche se costa il doppio o più, la casa degli ospiti costa ancora meno di un motel 6. La cosa migliore è che si può camminare al Palazzo del Dohg Khan, ristoranti, negozi di pasticceria, ecc. ed è un luogo dove, come il mio conducente di camion ”vivo in Ulaabatar, non un luogo turistico”. E facile da raggiungere perché non è necessario entrare completamente nel traffico urbano, e ho avuto una visione vivace della vita reale che va dalla finestra della mia settima storia.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è molto grande, una sala da soggiorno, una camera da letto, una cucina aperta e un bagno hanno un grande balcone. Il paesaggio fuori dalla finestra è anche molto buono. Il viaggio dall'aeroporto è molto vicino all'hotel, ma il volo internazionale è ora spostato al nuovo aeroporto, quindi l'hotel ha bisogno di mezz'ora e quaranta minuti per il passato
