location was near to Hotel
food--very bad..didn't have own kitchen..unwilling to serve breakfast..Upon insisting get it from street food vendor outside in unhygienic condition..
Bed cover and linen was dirty and shabby..
staff behaviour very rude...
didn't allow to sit at reception after checking out and waiting for cab to arrive.

Location is very good. Property is just about 100 meters from ujjain station and about 1. 5 km from mahakaal temple.

Cleaning was not proper, in room and toilet also in almirah and bard-rob to much dusti and television recharge not available, packed water bottle not provided

Hotel staff behavior is very poor and abused tone used by hotel servent. Breakfast taken from out side hotel

I stayed there for 2 nights. Terrible experience. Room size won't be more than 100sq ft but it's written differently on the makemytrip website. Bed sheet with stains. Pillow cover n towel were dirty. So we have not used their stuffs. We carried our own stuffs n used those. Ac not working properly as they did a setting so that it vl maintain fixed temperature like 26/27. Moreover fungal spore smell through ac. Sofa is dirty. Fungal spore on sofa. Horrible it's overpriced.

It was a very bad experience with no food, no hot water, tv is not in running condition, all things which are available at location is very terrible,
