Terrible experience. Front desk staff is extremely rude and non cooperative. Washrooms were stinking. Quilt and bed sheets were unwashed and had stains. Highly overpriced. We were only three people and had booked two deluxe rooms. We stayed there for less than one and half days. Still they made us pay Rs. 14,000/- Despite repeated verbal and email requests, frontdesk staff didn't co-operate. Hotels with much better service, better Location and less price available in the vicinity. Not recommended at all.

Your management is a complete disaster. I'm enduring a nightmare because of the greed of Hotel Shivam Palace and Hotel Sundaram Palace (Fab Hotels). You've committed fraud by charging full for services never provided. 1st hotel didn't bother to inform us about the shift to another hotel. 2nd forced a shift, claiming parking issues, upgrading to a supposedly better hotel. 3rd arrived to find a filthy hotel – unclean room, bed linen, and washroom, no water, and floors stinking worse than public restrooms. 4th Staff and management behave like goons, far from satisfactory service. Legal action is imminent from me.
