My recent stay at Paradise Lagoon was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The warm welcome at check in process.My sincere thanks to Souhardh and Deepak for making my stay fantastic! **Rooms:** The room was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed.The attention to detail—like nightly turndown service and personalized touches—really stood out. The hot water in the bathroom was a bit disappointing. **Service:** The staff’s professionalism and friendliness were outstanding. Whether it was the concierge recommending hidden local gems or housekeeping ensuring every need was met, the team genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience. **Location:** The resort's location is stunning—situated right on a massive lagoon with three side backwater . The beautiful gardens enhance the experience while maintaining a peaceful retreat-like atmosphere.The road is a bit narrow, which can make it challenging for larger vehicles. **Final Thoughts:** Paradise Lagoon exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to find a place that balances luxury, comfort, and personalized service so seamlessly. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone seeking a 4-star experience. We stayed in a deluxe room & the room was spacious , resort location is very good surrounded by backwater and hoode beach & delta view point is also very near. Staff r very polite and humble. Dinner Food is below average & rates are too high, breakfast is also below average.
