Hotel a Udon Thani

"The staycation is awesome for the first time here. It’s very near to night market or walking street Udon. Also near Central Udon and Nong Prajak where’s the Yellow duck there! Hopefully. "Inizialmente, l'hotel ha prenotato la tipologia di camera sbagliata, ma l'inglese del cameriere era ok Dopo aver comunicato per 2 ore e averlo segnalato al servizio clienti di Trip, il servizio clienti di Trip ha risolto con successo il problema della camera sbagliata , anche se era inefficace. La stanza era ordinata e pulita, il tempo di pulizia nel pomeriggio è un po' lungo, potrebbe volerci un po' più di tempo per riordinare quando torni dopo essere uscito."

"This hotel in the B2 group is one of my favorites due to its convenience and comfort. The rooms are spacious, and there's covered parking available, which is a great perk. However, the hotel is relatively far from the city center, making it less ideal for tourists without their own transportation. If transportation is not an issue, this hotel should definitely be one of the top choices for a stay!"

"First the good. The staff was friendly the rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Now the bad. I wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel, more like a 2.5 star hotel. Its a very old hotel. They didn't have outlets to plug your phone in on each side of the bed, only on one side. So my wife could plug hers in, but mine I had to plug in across the room. So if I woke up and wanted to know what time it was, I had to get out of bed and walk across the room to find out. There was a stale odor as if someone had smoked in the room before and the cleaning didn't remove it, even though we asked for a non smoking room. They only have one size of pillow, those big huge ones. I have a bad neck so I need to sleep on flat pillows. Twice we requested flat pillows, something even 2 star hotels I have stayed in have. One time they brought me two pillows in one that were rock hard and no good. The second time we asked they brought the same pillows we already had. So my sleep suffered for this. The hot water was scolding hot if you turned it on more than one cm of a turn. I almost burn myself getting in the first time. We were supposed to receive a free breakfast, but when we asked, it was only breakfast for one person and the other had to pay. So we opted to give our money to a local breakfast place outside the hotel instead. That was very disappointing as my wife is pregnant and likes to eat right when we wake up. Instead we had to shower and drive around for a while before we could find something. They should state that the free breakfast isnt for a couple but for a single person. We probably would have booked another hotel if we knew it was like this as every other hotel I have stayed has given breakfast for a couple, and they were not even four star. My wife and I got married while we were there. When we came back to the hotel, we saw the GM standing at the front desk doing some paperwork. We know he was the GM as he had been waiting at the door waiting to host some policeman/military man in the foyer. We took some photos in the hotel, and when we walked by the front desk where he was now standing, he glanced up and didn't even give us any congratulations or anything, just went back to what he was writing. My friend back in Canada is GM of two hotels and I know if that was him, he would have made a big deal out of it, or at the very least given a heart felt congratulations. But this GM, did nothing. Bottom line, I would not stay at this old hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone else."

"It is an old building, but the interior has been renovated. Breakfast is included in the room rate, so the room rate is cheap. There is some noise from outside vehicles because it is on the main street. However, I often stay here."

"Excellent hotel in Udon Thani: spacious and clean rooms, ideal location near the city center, friendly and helpful staff, varied and delicious breakfast. A special touch is the serving of hot soy milk in the room at 8:30 PM, promoting relaxation before bedtime. In the morning, guests have the opportunity to participate in a prayer ceremony with monks, including offerings, providing a unique cultural immersion. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend!"

"La camera d'albergo è eccellente ed estremamente pulita. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale centrale e da bar, ristoranti ecc. I piccoli problemi sono stati il check-in più lungo di sempre, durato circa 20-25 minuti, senza nessuno ad aspettare, e il pagamento di un supplemento per un cuscino extra!"

"It was our first time staying at Ban Bua. We absolutely love it. All staff are very friendly, they delivery great service. The location is really good, walking distance to UD Town, night market, Central Plaza, 7-11 and many pubs and bars around. A little bit to note that the room we stayed (312), we could hear the music and people talking in the night but that did not bother us as we are light sleepers. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we will stay here again next time."
