โรงแรมจะอยู่ในซอย ห้องไม่ได้เก่าแต่ก็ไม่ได้ใหม่มาก แต่ไม่เก็บเสียง ลักษณะเหมือนอพาร์ตเมนท์  ตอนเช้ามีกาแฟให้ แบบชงเอง  โดยรวมถือว่าโอเค พนักงานให้บริการดี

ตัวอาคารไม่มีลิปรองรับซึ่งถือว่าโอเคในราคาที่รองรับได้
 อาคารและผนังนั้นไม่เหมาะสำหรับความเป็นส่วนตัวเนื่องจากมีเสียงรบกวนรอบข้างอย่างมากทั้งเสียงข้างบนเสียงรอบข้างห้องข้างข้างโดยเฉพาะบันไดที่ติดห้องนั้นส่งผลกระทบต่อการนอนอย่างมากแค่เสียงคุยนิดเดียวสามารถทะลุเข้าห้องได้
 การระบายน้ำในห้องน้ำหรือ room นั้นเป็นที่หลายคนสำหรับนักรีวิวท่องเที่ยว ---- ห้องน้ำระบายค่อนข้างช้าทำให้เกิดน้ำขังตามที่รีวิวของใครหลายคนเป็นจริง
 ถ้าเทียบกับราคาในกระบวนการของความในลิปเด้งในการเช็คเช็คเอาท์ถือว่าราคาก็สมควรซึ่งถือว่าใกล้สนามบินสนามบินสนามบินแล้วก็ทำเลที่ตั้งหาง่ายใกล้กับเซเว่น-อีเลฟเว่นส่วนในเรื่องของความเป็นส่วนตัวนั้นก็ถือว่าให้เป็นลำดับขั้นตอนของการจัดลำดับในขั้นต่อไป

แอร์น้ำพุ่งออกมาจากช่องลมเย็น และมีน้ำหยด เตียงแข็งใครชอบนุ่มให้ผ่านไปค่ะ ส่วนตัวเลือกห้องเตียงคู่ แต่เตียงเดี่ยวไม่รู้แข็งป่าว ห้องน้ำท่อระบายน้ำที่พื้นก็ตัน เวลาอาบน้ำก็ท่วมเท้าเลยจ้า เพราะน้ำระบายไม่ทัน แอบนอยด์กับผลที่ได้ เพราะราคาที่จ่ายไปก็ไม่ใช่ราคา รร กุ๊กกู๋ใดๆ
