Absolutely gorgeous and amazing location I have ever seen before nice service and staff Little bit complementary breakfast should be changed

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service and facilities at Hotel Taj Fateh Prakash, Udaipur. Based on my experience, I believe this property should be downgraded to a four-star rating, as it does not meet the high standards typically associated with the Taj brand. This stay was part of my three Palace hotel stays with Taj, starting with the Rambagh Palace, followed by Taj Fateh Prakash, and concluding at the Lake Palace. The service and amenities at Taj Fateh Prakash were in stark contrast to the other two properties, which exemplified outstanding hospitality. Firstly, the hotel is extremely challenging for individuals with limited mobility or knee injuries. I sustained a knee sprain at the airport and was in severe pain throughout my stay. Despite this, there was no proactive effort from the staff to accommodate me in a more accessible room. The numerous flights of stairs required to reach my room were particularly distressing. The room itself was disappointing. The main door had a rudimentary latch system, which was surprising for a Palace hotel. Additionally, the carpet was old and worn. The property has only one restaurant, which is also difficult to access for those with limited mobility. Furthermore, the swimming pool, one of the main attractions, was non-functional, a fact that was not communicated to us in advance. Construction noise further disturbed our stay. The most shocking issue was the presence of large black ants in the bathroom and a stream of red ants in the bedroom. This was unprecedented in my experience with Taj properties, where simple pest control measures would typically prevent such occurrences. While the guest relations staff, particularly Pooja, was polite and helpful, the overall lack of facilities and absence of the distinctive Taj touch led me to conclude that the service at this property is lacking. The contrast with my experiences at Rambagh Palace and the Lake Palace was striking and disappointing. I hope this feedback helps in improving the standards at Taj Fateh Prakash to align with the exceptional quality expected from Taj properties.

Probabilmente il peggiore hotel che ho visitato in India. Sotto apparenze di 5 stelle, si trova in un hotel senza manutenzione. Tutto è sprecato, rotto, spazzatura. La lampada di testa non si accendeva*** ho cercato di trovare il filo della lampada, i fili erano stati rasiati, nudi sulla tavola di testa, molto pericoloso. Il climatizzazione? Dimentica rapidamente, i moduli di com***de sono completamente distrutti e inutilizzabili. Ho chiesto di cambiare camera, il ricevitore non voleva e voleva chiamare un tecnico alle 23:00.... Confesso di essere stato arrabbiato, ma alla fine ho avuto un'altra camera. Certamente la peggiore dell'hotel... nessuna vita, le finestre davano su un muro di corte interna, proprio dove si trovano i grandi ventilatori dell'aria condizionata. I had an exceptional experience at Bamboosaa Resort & Spa Udaipur. Truly captivated by this beautiful resort. The ambiance of the resort was absolutely delightful, offering a serene atmosphere that added to the overall charm of the resort.Special thanks to Mr.Vijay and his team member Melisha for ensuring a warm and hospitable stay. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by the Jain food options offered at their BayLeaf restaurant which were delicious and well-prepared, catering perfectly to dietary preferences. Special thanks to Mr.Sunith & Chef Mr.Priyank for serving us with delicious pure Jain food and their team members Mr.Dhananjay, Ms.Lily,Ms Harshandeep for their remarkable service. Additionally, for photography enthusiasts, this resort is a paradise! The multiple picturesque locations provide a perfect backdrop for photoshoots, adding a magical touch to every picture taken.Would specially recommend this place for pre wedding shoots. It’s also just the perfect place for weddings. Overall, my stay was memorable, and I highly recommend Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa for its exceptional service, Jain cuisine, and stunning photo opportunities.

Leela palace Udaipur was fabulous to say the least . My girls and our family had a memorable stay . We came from canada to visit Leela Palace . The staff is beyond awesome . They go over and above . The hospitality shown by staff was unmatched abd the property is so beautiful . It was so dreamy the view with mountains and the lake around the property . Special mention to our staff that were so awesome including Divyansh (pool side and gym trainer ) , Kyle ( our food and beverage ), Shivani , Nitika our assigned butler . Nitika and Shivani made us a personal card with my daughters picture .. Divyansh from the gym gave me complimentary massage and was so so sweet and hospitable . Leela are coming back

Great experience and great service provided by Jyoti Arya. She was really helpful for all our queries regarding hotel requirements and city tour guide. Very polite and sweet. Good food and rooms were really spacious with beautiful view of fateh sagar lake.

L’edificio é in centro, quindi non é particolarmente tranquillo. Abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla e quando arriviamo ci troviamo un letto king size è una cosa che non potrei definire letto. Duro come il legno, senza copri materasso, con il lenzuolo sporco di qualcosa che non saprei identificare e la cosa più brutta: un piumino senza copripiumino sporco di sangue. Di sangue!!! Ci hanno messo più di un’ora per cambiarlo dopo che ho urlato nella hall. Il tappeto della camera era sporchissimo, pieno di perline di un qualche collana non nostra. Già partiamo male, ma andiamo su al ristorante a cena, stanchi dal viaggio. Dopo un’ora e mezza che mia figlia aspetta la sua cena le dicono (dopo aver insistito 2-3 volte) che ci vorranno 25 minuti per averla. Sfiniti chiediamo due dessert, uno arriva, ma dopo aver aspettato altri venti minuti ci dicono che non c’è e ci portano una cosa che non centrava niente con la nostra richiesta. Partiamo veramente male. La colazione passabile anche se c’è veramente poca scelta continentale. Caffè disumano. Mi dico che mi faccio fare un massaggio nella spa dell’albergo per sistemarmi la schiena. Bene, al telefono prenoto e vado. Quando arrivo mi dicono che posso pagare solo con una carta di credito Indiana o in rupie. Non posso caricarla sulla camera. Ma che hotel é questo????? Ma veramente????????? Scrivo questa recensione quando sono ancora qua, senza parole per questa brutta esperienza.
