The hospitality what you expect in Rajasthan/Udaipur, Pannavilas surpasses that. Excellent rooms, aesthetically and most of the rooms have different designs. Team is great and they take care of the minor details. I noticed that they have hired physically challenged team members also. Amazing view of Fatehsagar lake from the top Deck of the restaurant. Would definitely visit back with the family.

I am a single female western tourist and had a room booked here for several months in advance with my Indian guide and after spending 8 hours on a train and trying to check in at 11pm, the hotel staff made the decision not to allow a "foreigner" to check in with a "local". I could hear the hotel front desk staff on the phone with the manager repeatedly stating "foreigner, foreigner, foreigner, locaL, local, local". My advice is for no western tourist to ever stay in this hotel as they engage in discriminatory behavior in the name of religion, yet behave in cruel ways that are against religion such as not allowing a reservation for a foreign guest checking in at 11pm after a long journey. I also noticed that there was a group of about 15 young people on the second floor lobby at 11pm partying directly outside of the rooms, so I don't believe I would have slept here anyway with all of the obnoxious noise that the staff did nothing about.

Paid more than £70 for a double room and was given one small bottle of water per person. When asked for more water was told that extra water is chargeable. No other hotels in similar category charged us for water. There was not a smile nor a word of welcome when we arrived for check-in. If the guy at the reception desk hates his job he should look for a new one. Went to the restaurant for afternoon tea. The lower floor sent us upstairs and the upper floor sent us back downstairs. Seems no one was interested in serving us.

Overall good and decent hotel to stay with friends and family. All the staff is very cooperative. Just the rooftop restaurant food is bit costly and not worth the price. The location is also very prime,good and aesthetic interior. Good and budget friendly.

Sorry My Lovely Wife Niharika... By mistake restaurent staff served Chilly Chicken in Place of Chilly Paneer. May be they have no idea .... But i know how much they hurt your emotions. Sorry !!!!! Good, with cleaning of the room and hospitality of the staff. Bit need to improve for light arrangements in night sometimes. Food is good.we spent three days in property. The location is very good in front of Fateh sagar lake, and quite approachable from nearby places of udaipur.

The worst restaurant and dining ever!! Very expensive and not a good one. What are they charging that much... I won't suggest any one for eating here. We all were in hope to get a good cuisine but it wasn't ! Why is it so his expensive ? Bad food ...

Panna villas a lake facing hotel in udaipur is the place where you would like to visit again. I made the booking directly from the hotel for me and kids. I requested for a bathtub room which Mr Verma a reservation manager obliged it, as they have bathtub in few rooms. It's a beautiful heritage property just opposite to fateh sagar lake, with an amazing interiors and beautiful painting with good amount of greenery. Staff always welcome you with the joined hands depicts our culture. The USP of the hotel is lake facing roof top restaurant, which gives a mesmerizing view of lake at night. On Saturday and Sunday they have live music at night with candle lit on each table. Food is good too. Hotel has two wings, a heritage one and the modern one so you can choose as per your choice. I stayed in the heritage room with a private balcony with a garden view on the first floor where thrre is a lobby and the common balcony to have a lake view. Only drawback is that they don't have elevator, so for senior citizens there might be a problem to reach to restaurant which is on 3rd floor. Rest full on full.
