Raffles Udaipur

Excellent property. Very nice views and very serene location. The food was good overall. Highly recommended for 2 nights or so.

Our stay in Hotel Raffles in Udaipur was absolutely incredible the way they welcomed us with flower petals and a refreshing drink was so wonderful. From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel all our needs and request were taken care of promptly the staff here is too warm, kind and accommodating The food here is scrumptious, the ambiance adds on to the experience the resort elegantly weaves European cultural references with Rajasthan’s royal heritage and elements of Mughal architecture. The cleanliness and hygiene were top-notch, and the service was prompt and efficient. Plus, all the staff members were incredibly friendly and made one feel right at home. Oh, and let's not forget about the amazing drinks at Writers Bar and the delicious food at Patisserie. I would like to add few names who made this whole experience very comfortable and memorable (kartik Bhatt, Gaurav Kumar, Rinku, Mukesh, Aanand) It sounds like an unforgettable experience overal. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome experience at this island resort. Beautiful property with manicured gardens, courteous staff yummy food One should certainly visit. Visit has to be planned in advance as the property is mostly sold out for events I was lucky this time to grab a visit for dinner However the approach road to the resort from the highway/ airport is not good. One doubts that the route selected is correct. Even signage were missing en route

The view was so pretty. Everything was well managed. Hotel staff is very polite and always approachable. I would love to come here once again to chill. Sandeep was Lovely to chill with in the activity area. Patisserie staff were very sweet and always full of energy.

Our recent stay at Raffles in Udaipur was nothing short of extraordinary. We were a family of 4 my wife, our 2-year-old daughter & 3 monthold daughter, and myself—visiting to celebrate my wife’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth and hospitality that Raffles is renowned for. The experience began with a delightful welcome at the jetty, where we were served refreshing coffee and lemon juice before embarking on a serene boat ride to the hotel. Upon arrival Khushboo assisted with our check in ensuring a seamless start to our stay. Our room was immaculate, thanks to Sajan, who led the room cleaning team, and Abhishek Singh, who made sure everything was perfect . Our 2-year-old daughter was particularly pleased with the delicious food throughout our stay, a testament to the culinary team’s dedication. Thanks to Chef Praveen Reddy. Dining was a highlight of our visit. At the Long Bar, Gautam Vyas recommended and served some of the best Pan-Asian dishes we have ever tasted. Chef Bala from Sawai took great care of us during dinner, and Mukesh Thakur, leading the restaurant, was exceptionally helpful. Breakfasts were a treat with Chef Laxmikant going above and beyond to serve us delightful dishes, even off the menu. Rahul and Shivam from the dining room ensured our breakfasts were comfortable and enjoyable. While a few things didn’t go as planned, the team at Raffles truly knows how to turn things around. Special thanks to Mr. Sahil at the front desk, whose exceptional service made our stay even better than we anticipated . His expertise and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction were remarkable. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Head of Operations Miss Manali Gupta and it was clear that the team she leads is top notch. Finally, our checkout was smooth and efficient thanks to Lavanya from the front desk who escorted us to our car—a gesture that we truly appreciate. Overall, Raffles Udaipur provided us with an unforgettable experience, and we left with cherished memories. We look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect getaway , the staff goes out of their way to make sure the stay is perfect. The rooms are luxurious and the service is top notch. Special thanks to Mukesh & Khushboo who were warm and so welcoming. Thanks for making it so special. Hope to visit here again!!

We were met at the airport by the hotel limo and taken to the waterfront where we were kept in a lovely room until our boat arrived to take us to the island where the hotel was based. We were then taken by golf buggy to the grand reception area where were made very welcome. As our flight was in the morning, we were given a luxurious room to unwind before moving to our own room. Udaipur is where my wife and I first met, so it was a surprise for us and our young daughter that our room was filled with heart shaped balloon, writing on the bed, champagne and chocolates to welcome us. The plunge pool with Mewar shaped canopy overlooking the gardens and lake was amazing. My wife and daughter were pampered to spa treatment on the same day. We then spent the next few days relaxing in the property including the large pools open to all as well as our own plunge pool. The restaurant breakfast, in room dining, Rajasthani and Pan Asian food were mouthwatering and the cocktails were original whether from the Long bar, pool bar or Writer's bar. We were treated to more surprises with exquisite presents for all of us to reminisce. Above all we will remember the hotel and stay for the staff who were amazing in the genuine love they showed and the extent to which they helped us in making our stay truly memorable

Excellent hotel and the staff at the hotel. Hotel has lot of Greenery around it surrounded by lake Uday Sagar. Rooms were big and Spacious with fabulous view. All amenities like Swimming pool, kiddy’s pool , Gym, spa are available. Service was excellent. Starting with Sahil, front office manager, Nirmal Singh , and the Chef Arijit were really very helpful. Breakfast was excellent but Dinner was not as per the expectation and can be improved. Their assistant manager Mukesh was also very helpful.Many Children Activities are also there for Family with kids. On the whole Superb Experience..
