I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with good service and amenities. The room had modern furnishings, a cozy bed, and excellent lighting. Breakfast had a good variety of options, everything was fresh, and the staff was attentive, ensuring that the buffet was always replenished. Other amenities included free Wi-Fi and a swimming pool. I particularly appreciated the pool area—it was clean, well-kept, and a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. You can have a great view of the city from the pool area as it is on the 9th floor. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel de réception est très gentil et réactif. Nous avons eu un problème avec la réservation du site Trip.com et les réceptionnistes nous ont beaucoup aidé et ils ont trouvé une solution. Ils nous ont aussi conseillé pour les réservations de taxis et de visite de la ville. L'hôtel est très bien décoré. Il s'agit d'une ancienne école de miniatures, nous avons pu visiter et prendre des photos, c'est magnifique. Le restaurant n'est pas très confortable et le mobilier du restaurant a besoin d'être changé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Lake Palace, Udaipur, il più iconico, il più fotogenico e fotografato hotel del mondo. Una tappa ineluttabile ed imperdibile in un viaggio in Rajastan. Ed è per questo che ci vanno tutti: anche quelli che si presentano, a cena, in ciabatte, pantaloni corti e t-shirt: inqualificabile. Ci vuole rispetto, attenzione e considerazione per queste mura di marmo, per questa meraviglia del mondo che va conservata anche nel comportamento degli ospiti. Credo sia necessario, leggi obbligatorio, un dress code, o meglio un code of behaviour per tutti coloro mettono piede sull'isola. Le camere sono, nella grande maggioranza, molto piccole, i bagni microscopici ma in passato dovevano essere i locali dove dormivano le concubine e quindi adeguate a loro, poverette. Abbiamo avuto però la fortuna, il secondo giorno, di rientrare in barca con Mrs. Kartika, conosciuta il giorno precedente e manager del ricevimento. Aperta parentesi: è la ennesima donna manager che incontriamo ed è magnifico constatare che anche in India la condizione femminile, pur con grandi difficoltà, sta emergendo autorevolmente. Chiusa parentesi. Ebbene, è stata così gentile da farci provare l'ebbrezza della Maharani suite, dove al mattino dopo, al risveglio, abbiamo visto rincorrersi sui muri fiumi di luci riflesse dalle ondine del lago che attraversavano i vetri colorati e ne assumevano i toni. Magico, grazie a Mrs. Kartika per una esperienza che porteremo con noi tutta la vita. Sul Lake Palace c'è poco da scrivere, il fascino è tale che qualsiasi parola non basterebbe. Con questa recensione finirò purtroppo di menzionare il ns. accompagnatore, Mr. Dipendra Singh di Roop Nagar. Abbiamo girato il mondo ma mai abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare come guida un amico. Italiano perfetto, colto e preparato, elegante simpatico e spiritoso. abbiamo sempre cenato in Hotel ma per pranzo eravamo sempre in giro o in trasferta. Dip andava sempre in cucina nei vari ristoranti locali per verificare cosa ci mettessero nel piatto. 2 volte ha cucinato lui personalmente. Risultato? Mai avuto il minimo problema di digestione, di peso sullo stomaco o peggio.......Un fenomeno, ma ne hanno fatto uno solo, dopo hanno buttato via lo stampino. Fine, Bye bye Rajastan, il viaggio della vita.

The entire experience was strictly average. Taj is promoting this hotel as a 'Palace Experience', but anyone who has stayed at any of the other palace properties like Taj Lake Palace, Taj Falaknuma Palace etc would think otherwise. Property - Its a beautiful property. Well maintained. The views by the lake are stunning. Room - The room allocated to us was again very good and tastefully done. However the chocolates placed in the room as a part of turndown were of extremely poor quality. Felt like a local compound chocolate which was just shaped into the logo of the hotel, & placed in the room. Pool - The location of the pool is scenic however there are no pool attendants. Not sure why. We visited in the evening and seems like we were lucky as we picked up the last remaining towels for ourselves. Food at the The sunset terrace - Average. Although the servers and the chef did check with us for meal experience, we did not have much to say to them as we personally felt that nothing more could be done to what was already served. Breakfast - As we were checking out early, the team was kind enough to arrange for a packed breakfast for us. This was nicely done. Some of the staff is warm & welcoming, some of them not so. Overall, I was expecting a wow experience considering it to be a palace property however it felt short of my expectations. Nobody from the hotel engaged with us properly to understand our needs / expectations etc. Would recommend people to pay a little extra (if in their budget) and upgrade to Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur for a Palace Experience.

Extremely pleasant stay, rigmor is located centrally and is being run by very hospitable people. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would certainly recommend this hotel. The owner of this property is a very decent, helpful and soft spoken guy. Thanks and best wishes to rigmor.

Food is very good staff is very cooperative and bhagyashree and Ankita is also so good and bhagyashree help us more to show about hotel and ambience is also nice And there are more option for baby food that I really like this and food taste is amazing

Very good hotel with extremely good staff who are warm and took care of my wife and me. The rooms are immaculate with all facilities. Best part of the room was the splendid view of the Aravalli Hills. Fantastic food with a great spread. The staff fed us as if we were family. Do award your staff. This place is really amazing. We booked this place for our conference and doctors came from pan India. The service we got here was superb. Ms Roshni is the manager and is really amazing person. She really made sure that our whole event was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious. I would also like to thank Mr Rohit ji as well for the wonderful hospitality. The rooms were very good with utmost hygiene and cleanliness.
